- Hey, guys!
At the end of February, I decided that I was going to start the 75 hard challenge, which was created by Andy Frisella. It has been great for me, so I thought I would share what it is, why I decided to start, and some of the tips that have helped me. I'm halfway through tomorrow! If you have any good non-fiction book suggestions or just need an accountability buddy, let me know!
The rules:
You must (everyday):
-Drink a gallon of water
-Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book
-Take a progress picture
-Stick to a diet of your choice (no cheat days and no alcohol)
-Have 2 45-minute workouts (one must be outside no matter what).
-If you miss any of these steps, you have to start back over on day 1.

Loved your video, very helpful info. I'm thinking of doing this challenge.
I am thinking about this! My biggest thing is getting my eating in check as well. I want to lose about 15 lbs but more so create healthy eating habits. My biggest issue would be eating out though. I typically only cook 5 days a week. Is this an issue for you and if so how do you get around it? Thanks!
I’m going to do this but I think I’ll swap one 45 min workout with an hour of meditation. I’ve been really wanting to add meditation regularly again! I used to go 3 hours a day and I miss it badly. “I never have time” though. Id like to find an accountability buddy somehow. 😅book recommendation: Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins!! I LOVE that book!
Omg. We are twins I’m the same way.
Hi Anya! I want to jump on board! Pls be my accountability partner!
