a part of the human experience is defining and redefining the version of ourselves that resonates best with our soul and spirit. in order to do this, we need to accept letting go of who we used to be at certain points in time.
i'm in a place in my life where i'm rediscovering myself after shedding a lot of old parts of myself. i'm also reconnecting with parts of myself that were forgotten, connecting with nature, and focusing on my health.
honor who you once were, but honor who you are still to become.

I think complacency is something that is rarely talked about in modern culture. Revaluating your life in ways that improve upon who you already are is such a great way of understanding yourself better and being in touch with your goals and aspirations in life. Really good discussion. Also, I'm sure it's just because nerves and all that but talking a bit faster or more comfortably would improve your content I feel. Great watch!

hey I needed this. I am pregnant with twins and I have a 1 year old. My fiance hasnt been there for me when I told him about the pregnancy. I actually found out he wasnt faithful while I was planning our wedding. It hurts. I feel so broken. Whats the point? Im now a single 31 year old mother of 3. I feel so stupid for believing in this man! and he made me feel like I was the problem. I feel so sad.
