I tried this last night as I've been stressed this week, and wow! My CNS responded with lots of yawning and by the end, I was able to roll over and fall asleep. I had the best sleep last night and I woke up with no hip or lower back pain which has been plaguing me for weeks!

Hey! I followed this video last night, and I had an emotional release and felt so relaxed afterwards! This is coming from someone who sometimes has insomnia paired with an inconsistent sleep schedule. Upon waking, I felt well-rested and had more energy than usual. Since it's my birthday weekend, I bought your 90-day bundle. I'm currently doing an awesome healing meditation program, and I think both courses will complement each other beautifully. Thank you so much! I'm so excited to get started!
EDIT: I decided to do a little journal for each day. My goal is to do these once when I wake up, and once at bedtime. Maybe one more time in the middle of the day if I feel like I need it.
Day 1 - My hips feel normal most of the time, but occasionally they get sore and hurt a little, 2/10 at most. I'm recovering from CPTSD which I've had since I was a kid. The healing meditations have help a ton, and I want to give my body all the love and support I can.
Day 2 - Today I did these morning and night. There was a refreshing tension release and subtle shaking at some points. At bedtime, I felt a big wave of relaxation flow through me, and I was super present and everything felt like it was going in slow motion. It was hard to stay awake, haha. When I was done, I passed out in less than five minutes. I can't remember the last time I felt this way before sleep!
Day 3 - I feel lighter and freer!
Day 4 - Done! I feel a little more clear and relaxed.
Day 5 - My legs feel shaky and my psoas released a good bit of tension. My emotions have been coming out more for the past two days.
Day 6 - My right hip is feeling a lot better today! Being in my body feels better with a greater sense of ease.im also falling asleep faster.
Day 7 - I had a rough day and ended up skipping. The next day, I still wasn't feeling good, but I got myself to show up. I'm feeling less frazzled and stressed after redoing Day 2 followed by Day 7.
Day 8 - Woke up feeling really depressed and almost didn't do the exercises. I managed to start, though, and I felt a little better afterwards.
Day 9 - Wow, such an immense sense of relief! Woke up feeling sad, and when I started the exercises, my body started shaking and I felt a bunch of energy leave my body! I'm still shaky afterwards.
Day 10 - The exercises gave me so much relief that I did the video 3 times! Was still feeling sad, but I feel better now.

Ive been watching your short videos for a while now and I have pretty much all the symptoms apart from cold sores. I am hypothyroidism patient from India and mother of 3 year old who have undergone depression past 3 - 4 years due to personal conflicts between my husband and me taken medication which is of futile. Resulted in fatty liver too so far treatment has taken but not upto the mark.
Tried yoga, meditation which is of temporary effect and gained lot of weight as my thyroid level is out of control due to stress. Did heavy workouts to combat weight loss which is a temporary solution. Recently I came across your videos on Facebook and followed on you tube. After watching and understanding thought of giving it a try. Past 5 days I'm doing this routine.
Day 1 : I felt relaxed and calmer than before
Day 2 : I felt a little better and lighter in my body as I felt shedding lot of burden from body
Day 3 : I felt a much better, relaxed lighter started noticing reduce pain in lower back and hips.
Day 4: I observed my bod started shedding extra fat on my body and is visible at certain parts of my body.
Day 5 : its much more relaxing and soothing and much more lighter than before.
The only thing I didn't get how to squeeze neck muscles apart from that everything is working great.
And these days my sleep has become stable and becamey daily morning routine as far.
I love to keep doing. Please make more such videos. I'm grateful that I found your channel. Happy to continue further.

My body responded with much yawning and i felt sleepy the feeling of relaxation is so comforting yet i frlt uncomfortable because i lived long with narc parsnts but i feel gushing sensations thah help me release trauma my body feels so comforting and i feel amazing im gonna dk this exercises every day. Everything was good. Except that your voice became low during the progressive muscle relaxation. I had to increase the volume. And the random ads blared into my headphones suddenly, multiple times 😢😢😢
Is this good for freeze state?

I just did this before bed. I’ve been extremely stressed lately. I felt relaxed, yawned alot, got teary - but I also got headache and nausea. Is that normal?

i really appreciate this and i'm not anti-dogs but (is it my nervous system?) your doggie is distracting me so much. sorry, everyone else loves his presence there, it must be because they have already regulated their nervous systems! lol

I have the same issue. Its very distracting for me. Maybe you should consider re-doing videos without the doggy especially for paid courses. I have 5 course bundle but i couldnt continue due to this distraction.

Hello, new follower here 👋 Would it be okay to do this routine in bed? I have a fairly firm mattress. Just find getting onto the floor tricky ❤
Yes! You can do this from bed.
I bought the 30 day hip release. I experienced a deep relaxation but I haven’t cried or been sad! I yawned all the time during the exercises, water in my eyes, but not crying. I wasn’t sure if I did it right because e.g. day 9 says “Repeat this video 2-3 times so that you practice this technique” -> directly repeat it after the video is over, on ONE day or 1 time per day for 2-3 days?! Since this wasn’t clear I repeated it … today is day 9… I’m also doing the exercises in bed now and much smaller … the first time I did them on the floor. The first time I experienced very hard muscle sore as well, but this second time not.
Not sure if yawning and no crying is a good or bad sign… not sure if it works for me

@theworkoutwitch I really need to know if the paid content has the dog or not. It is very distracting and triggering for me, especially all the skittering noises its paws make. As long as there is no dog, I plan to order the bundle.
It does not! We recently refilmed the course and the content is updated without the dog and with new and improved audio and visual quality.
