I am 58 years old. My Mother is from North Dakota. Growing up I use to always watch her make homemade bread. Watching her kneed and kneed her dough in a huge wash tub. Watching her let it rise. We never bought a Loaf of Bread out of grocery store. We had a red handle bread knife that you could adjust to the size of the sandwich bread you wanted. I'll never forget how hard she worked a 40 hour a week job and made bread for the whole week. I miss those days. She is 81 now and back in North Dakota. What a Glorious Mother she is.
What a beautiful thing to say about your Mother! I can feel the love you have for her. She sounds like an amazing woman! Thank you for sharing this with me. ♥️♥️♥️
It is so beautiful to see a young woman who has mastered these traditional techniques. I'm 81 and have been making bread for 65 years also learned from my mother. With current prices a loaf of your bread would cost no more than $1 instead of $3 up to $7. All during covid my daughter in-law did our grocery shopping and I baked 8 loaves and shared them with her. There is nothing more rewarding than making bread. My mom, who had dementia, came for supper the day I made bread. She sat herself down on a kitchen chair and sniffed and then in a sweet voice she said "oh, you made bread! Can I have the heel and lots of butter." Roles had been reversed. I am so blessed by having a mother like her. She died peacefully in my arms at 89. Your video made me happy and took me back to better times. Your Mom must be so proud of you. Thank you..
What a lovely story and you are a lovely daughter. My mother was the same. Great at breadmaking, sewing, working and everything in-between. They don't make mums like that anymore. Now everything needs to be instant. I'm 70 and cook delicious homemade food every day. I think I have a rare illness ...cooking ..itis. Hahaha 😆 😂 😆
@@angelaberni8873@sue french Love both you girls remarks! My early 60's had fresh bread, and fresh, but "put up". fruits each winter morning! Oh I know Jesus loves me, I know He's given me and my family so many blessings every day. We struggle daily, financially. We have had our health scares and loss of loved ones. I don't have the finer things in life. I am the richest woman alive! My kids love me, they are there for me when needed. I have beautiful grandkids, which give me so much joy! I thank God for my blessing of life, love, and happiness.
@tina5670 Same here, Tina. We have our financial struggles as well, but at least we set our priorities straight, which is to place God Our Father in the center of our lives. I hope l have instilled this way of thinking into the hearts of my adult children. Because, you know as well as I do that once they are adults, they have their own mind and may not feel the same way. God Bless You, and Merry Christmas❣️ 🎄☃️🦌🎅 ✨️🙏🕊✝️ 😇😇😇😇
@tvigil880 Oh yes, I agree. I married into a Catholic family and I was just a believer in God but not Catholic so I sent my first 2 kids to cadicism but I found out how my boys were disciplined and took them out asap! I decided I would let them decide on their religion when they got older. BIG MISTAKE! People, please don't do that unless both parents go to church and show support in both religions. I pray my kids will come around and go to any church. It worries me all the time. My daughter goes but not my sons. But I can still pray for it. What gives me faith is I know God believes in them and loves them anyway. It's too much to put on a kid plus the bad taste they were left with in the Catholic school. God bless you and your family as well and Merry Christmas.
girl....u have no idea how this video saved me, so after watching it 5 weeks ago, i gave it a try. They loved it at home in way dat we didn't buy bread 4 d entire week and my moms friends ended up buying it everyday since dat week and now i'm baking 1000 breads per day and selling them at R10 each, Girl u rock, keep up the good work. Hi that's absolutely perfect demonstration on how to do it right could you let me know how many ozs in flour and mls in milk we weigh mostly in ireland thankyou very much wish me luck bread has taken big jump price wise here have to get cracking
I have made many loaves of bread but always looking to try new recipes. I used olive oil instead of canola oil & added about a teaspoon of honey instead of sugar to the yeast water. Soooooooo good! What I like is it comes together fairly quickly AND two bonus loaves to gift to friends or family!! Its a nice change from the crusty artisan bread that I most often make. Great instructions!! If you've never made bread, this is a great recipe that you'll likely make over & over again!!
Thank you so much for the kind comment! Great idea to use honey instead of sugar in the yeast. I bet your friends and family love when you bring them bread! Have a great day! ♥️
@@SheriHemingway OK, I made three loaves yesterday & six today! I gave one to a friend, kept one for myself & gave the rest away to random people in my community after posting on FB. I'm not going to lie...I used my stand mixer to kneed for 5-6 minutes! And I can't leave out that I received some nice compliments! This recipe is definitely a lifelong keeper!! Please note: my mixer is the 7 quart? One of the larger mixers. I don't think the smaller mixers would hold all of the dough. It was almost too much for mine.
I'm am 69, make bread all the time. Add 3 tablespoons of vinegar, see the difference. I make 4 loafs out of same batch you have. Also let the dough rise more in the baking pans.
My Grandmother taught me to make bread when she came out to South Dakota to visit . I would make 12 loaves a week because my neighbors would smell my bread and came bearing something to trade . It worked out good because I got farm fresh eggs and fresh milk with the cream still on the top. My girls was in high school before they tasted store bought bread. Got to start making bread sgain😊
Your heart felt story is what we need in this world~ your story is absolutely inspirational and I too share my love of baking & cooking with as many as I’m able to as well. You are truly a GEM 😘
I love your story....the way it used to be. Back in a time when people helped each other out and didn't expect things for free, but at least tried to bring something useful to you in exchange. Nothing wrong with helping others when they need it too, but the simple barter system was a wonderful thing I think. I remember going to my Aunt's house in the mountains as a kid and we would beg to stay because she made the best fried chicken, fresh corn on the cob and green beans from her garden and fresh baked biscuits.... memories I will never forget. I started raising chickens and I've begun teaching myself how to make bread and it has inspired others around me to start or to take it back up again. There is so much satisfaction in making things from scratch....
Sheri, u are my favorite. U can really bake with perfection. Your MOM did an excellent job to train u to fix all of these things. U are a very beautiful and talented young lady. I’m always telling my daughter to pls. Watch your wonderful work to learn how to prepare these stuff just like you. ❤👍🌹
Hi Sheri, I need to thank you, I applied ur bread recipe, to a great success. No bread machine for me. The molds I used were dollar store steamer pans. 11 3/4" x 4 3/4" 3" DEEP. A buck a piece. Unbelievable result. It took almost 1 1/2 hrs at 350 f. The taste is amazing. Again, thank you.
I am 69. Years old and I bake a lot for all my eight grandchildren however bread has always been a problem for me, until I came to your channel. Thank you so much for showing me step by step instructions how you make your lovely tasty bread. From the UK ❤
WOW....OMG I am SO shocked at how great this bread came out. I read a comment on here that said it was the closest to store bought bread, and what a true testimony!! I've tried so many recipes and finally landed on the perfect one!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! Oh and for those who question if you can just use sugar instead of honey, yes yes you can and it comes out perfect!! I think really getting all the air out helped with the texture of the bread. Also the ingre are just the right amount of everything.

WOW, that was terrific. I watched with fascination. Will try to bake one. I am an 81 year old great grandma who gave up baking 10 years ago when my dear husband reposed. I used to bake the best yeast dough Easter Bread (Kulich). Your bread reminded me of this; except Easter Bread is a rich sweet bread. Thanks for inspiring me.
My great grandma did this for me, and it’s some of my most treasured memories. I’m sure your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren would be so surprised and happy if you made it for them again
@@abbybelshe how kind to share your beautiful memories about your grandma. I will definitely try to bake some Easter bread this year. You inspired me too.
@@kellyross6622 you are so right. Baking yeast bread is a tradition and is also a religious expression in the Russian/Ukrainian Orthodox Church community. Tradition has it that each household would bake done like Easter-breads looking like domes of a Church. They come in different sizes, some are large 3 lbs coffee can, 2 and 1 lbs, either frosted with icing or left plain. It also represents the Risen Lord. Small ones are baked in 6oz cand and given to children to carry them in their little Easter baskets to get blessed after Easter Services. I was also do happy that I learned the art his to make them. Somehow as my husband is now gone I started buying them at the church bake-sale; I found that my Parents' Easter-breads (Kulich) tasted so much better. I took over making them, but only one daughter out of there learned how to make them. I did get inspired by the young lady who was baking bread that somehow reminded me what I have been missing. Sorry I got so lengthy.
Wow. So easy and intuitive. That's the mark of a great baker and artist. I love the way you are hands on with the measuring cup and the flour, paying close attention to the look and feel of the dough instead of depending on exact measurements. This is the way our mothers did it. Thanks again for sharing.
Fabulous recipe, I love homemade bread so I will most definitely make this one, thank you!! I just wanted to suggest to you to put a pot under the faucet to collect the water while you wait for the warm water to come, you can always use it in your washing machine, instead of it just running down the drain. Water is one of the most precious resources we have, believe me, you'll be saving money by doing this. Thanks again for the recipe. Stay healthy and safe. XO
It goes in the ground it gets filtered and cleaned it evaporates up into the sky it goes in the clouds it rains down again over and over and over there's a certain amount of water on this planet and they're always will be

Hello Sheri, I used to make bread when my kids were little. I would make five loaves and a pan of cinnamon rolls with my Bosch. Yes bread dough was overflowing! I used my mother-in-laws recipe of two thirds hard white wheat and a third all purpose or bread flour. I have not made bread in a long time. Now I am regretting not finding your recipe earlier! It is so delicious! I made it last night and my husband said “ Wow this is really good bread.” I took one loaf and rolled it out 6 inches by 12 inches sprinkled 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1 Tablespoon cinnamon and rolled it up to make a cinnamon bread loaf. It turned out so yummy. Thank you for all your wonderful recipes! Can’t wait to try them all.
Each of 3 loaves of white bread looks so yummy. When they were rubbed with butter on top as soon as baked in oven, my mind were rubbed with warmth of happiness like butter. This is the gift of rejoicing only for people who have baked breads. Thanks for sharing.

In a grid down/SHTF scenario you would become extremely valuable. Great skill that you have. I'm a one man shop here. I was able to make some great tasting brownies using my bbq grill. Also, made some pretty good corn bread. I have a bread pan coming in tomorrow, so I'm going to try making some bread, using my grill. Greatly appreciate your video. You've got skills.
I so love fresh home made bread, but I'm one of those people that can't stop at one slice so I don't bake at all any more. I really have to watch what I eat and I basicly cut out carbs. I've been trying to make bread for many years with varying degrees of success or the lack thereof but your video and instructions allowed me to finally make some good bread. Thank you for sharing.
Hi from New zealand. I have taught myself to make bread and I am always looking to see how I can improve my technique. It took me a while to use the proper way to knead the dough and not having big hands I found it a bit difficult but I found as long as I stretched the dough as I kneaded it didn't matter so much, but the correct technique is much easier on your hands. This is the first time I have seen the proper way to prepare the dough after the first rising and I think this is what makes all the difference in making a good crumb. Thank you so much I really appreciate it.
I just watch this video today and I made the bread two hours ago, omg it turned out AMAZING. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to help us make our own bread.
I made the bread and it turned out really yummy. I made it late afternoon, I only had one loaf pan so I had to put my 3rd loaf in the fridge since I had to cook it one at a time. I am waiting on my second loaf and hope to done by 1:00 am. The house smells amazing, I am now told no more buying bread, the family loves the bread my 1st loaf is gone, we all had a late evening sandwiches 🥪. I would upload photos but I am not seeing that I can do that. Thank you for sharing your recipes.
My problem was always the yeast. When they say lukewarm water, that won’t do it. I bloom the yeast even when they say to throw it in with the rest of the ingredients. Make sure the water or milk is between 110 and 115 degrees, that feels very hot to take a bath in. That is almost 1 minute in the microwave and of course it needs a little sugar mixed in too. It gets super foamy. Now I make the best bread, cinnamon bread/buns and rolls. Took til age 78 to get it right but these videos make it so easy. Thank you
My mother baked alot of bread i didn't know what store bread tasted like till i moved away at the age of 19 i remember her baking bread in our little kitchen she would bake anywhere from 8-10 loafs plus 4-5 pans of rolls then freeze it she never measured anything her measuring cup was an old coffee cup her teaspoons were the spoons from the drawer nothing fancy and her bread was amazing she used real milk and real butter was the best bread i ever had and at 63 years old i have tasted alot good video you done well

I have made a lot of bread, and tried many recipes. This, hands down, is the best white bread recipe by far. It comes out soft, but doesn't fall apart. It took a good 9 cups of all purpose, non Bleached flour. A keeper!! Thank you.

Hi Sheri. This is probably the third time I've watched this. I can "almost" smell the bread. I use two different machines to make my bread, but like you, I prefer to bake it myself as opposed to letting the bread machine do it. I personally prefer to use stoneware to bake my bread. It requires no lubricants, such as PAM, or whatever. The only difference is that it's better to wait until the bread is cooled a bit before turning it out onto a breadboard. My best friend brags to others that my yeast rolls need no butter to be delicious! Thanks for the tips!
This is definitely the best bread recipe I’ve tried so far, very tasty and great texture. I think this will be my new go to recipe for bread. I made it into 2 loaves as I have oversized bread pans, they came out the perfect size, I just added 15 min to the baking time as 30 min wasn’t quite enough. Love it❤️

My father taught me when I was 8 years old how to make bread and rolls. We had a day set for baking bread every week. It’s not hard, just takes a little practice. Don’t over knead it ok? That’s the main thing to know. 🤗😉 have fun baking!
OK, I'm going to tell you that this is the VERY BEST BREAD I have ever made. I really liked the idea of using honey instead of sugar, and I like the fact that it made 3 loaves instead of 2. I used my kitchen aid for mixing and it worked just fine. I had to use the full 5 cups of flour. My yeast was Flechmens. My rising time was a little longer than 45 min, but after 1 hour I tested it using my finger to make an indent when I thought it was done, and it didn't spring back so it was confirmed. I also had to bake it a little longer than 1 hour, but I think that is just my oven. I couldn't wait to try it. It is delicious!! Thank you so very much for this recipe. Your instructions were perfect.
Lovely looking bread. Good job teaching. When I was first married I did it all by hand 5 loafs at a time . I worked so only made it every other Saturday. That was back in 1968 . The mixer sure helps .
I've been serving this to clients for a couple of months. Thank you for sharing this! Very simple and gratifying to see these come together...and you're right.....the smell!
I put my yeast in ice water vs warm water as most folks do. I was surprised how well it rose as it warmed up. It tripled in bulk much quicker than I expected.
How wonderful!!!! I just made your bread recipe and I'm blown away by the taste, texture and smell. I sliced a few slices (who am i kidding.... half a loaf)of hot bread and paired it with butter(of course) cheeses, dry salami, spicy mustard, grapes and strawberry jam. Incredible lunch for my husband and I. I will be making this recipe again and again. Thank you so much!!!!
Seems like a good recipe. I would suggest that you use your own homemade flower ground from wheat berrys! Store bought flower has 3 out of 44 necessary nutrients necessary for life where as homemade flower has 41 or so out of 44 and tastes tons better too.
The photo of your bread on the cooling racks brought back wonderful memories of coming home from school, smelling my mom's freshly baked homemade bread and rolls, and getting the warm heel with butter. Thank you! P.S. I've always been afraid to make bread because of the kneading involved. And I see hand kneading is still required after machine kneading.
I used to make my own bread. So good and so much cheaper. I always used bread flour Can I ask why you use all purpose? Could your recipe be used with bread flour? Great video. I enjoyed watching. Do you make other yeast products other than bread?
Eileen W, that is what your dough hook is for, if your hands can't handle the kneeding. I found the boron/Borax mineral killed my art- hritis at 1/8 teaspoon in water and split between 2 meals. So knees are fixed now too. No cane, can kneed bread again. Life is younger. Hiking, baking, swimming down the river. (I started at the book: Medical Medium Celery Juice. Did 10 day challenge of 24 oz. Celery Juice. Day 4, 30% drop in pain, day 10 zero pain. (Started from level 9 pain.) Back to reccomended 16 oz daily, later switched to B o r a x protocol. Need 3X monthly now. Removed from googly for pharma wealth reasons. Fixes about 35 more things. Osteoporosis reverses 50% year 1.
@@charlanpennington3989 Thank you for your comments. I'm looking into a mixer that will knead the dough for me. Also, thanks for the tips about boron/Borax. I'll have to look into that, as well.
Eileen, I make bread all the time, similar recipe to this but its a little smaller and makes 2 loaves. I use my bread machine on the dough setting. But I remove it as soon as it has been kneaded or its still a bit too big when it rises. So I put all ingredients in the machine, press dough settings. I watch it in case I need to add more flour, then let it do the kneading. Once that is over I remove to a greased bowl and cover and then once doubled in size, shape two loaves and put in pans and bake in oven once they have also doubled. Saves on my hands and wrists, I have carpel tunnel, and dengerative disc disease so no way can I knead anymore. This works for me, and I sell some of my bread and they love it. I have an Oster kitchen center and it will not knead the bread with the dough hooks just makes a mess, so bread machine is my way I do not like bread baked with the machine though.
I have been baking our bread for years now and I have a Bosch mixer and wheat grinder and I love them. My question is what do you use to store your bread in after you bake it. I have tried several over the years but never really have one way that I really like. In the summer I would also make my own jam and have bread just out of the oven when my husband would get home from work and the fresh bread and jam where gone bust line that. He would take four sandwiches and several homemade cookies every day. Our son still makes home made bread thanks for your videos.
Thanks for the tutorial. I can’t wait to make it- and thanks for a recipe that is more than just one loaf at a time. My daughter will be so tickled to have fresh bread after school. 💗
I've been struggling to make this bread for years. My mom makes this and its excellent. I now realize that my cold countertops were a major part of the issue. I also struggle with the kneading. I don't have a mixer.
I made the bread today!!!! It came out really well. Messed up the timing a little. Thank you that was my first try. I know I will get better. Love the bread.
Yours is truly Oscar winning recipe. Easy to make and absolutely amazing tasting. Your recipe is the only one I make. Thank you and your mom so much for sharing.
Thank you for this recipe. I’ve been making my own bread for the last couple of weeks now: and I’ve tried so many different ways to make regular bread. And I’m making your recipe right now: can’t wait for the results. But I would like to thank you for making this video. I’ve never made so much bread out of one recipe so I appreciate that!!
I've just gotten back to making bread after 49 years because my niece loves it! This recipe is super duper. It's so much easier to make than other recipes I've tried. Thank you so much! 💕
I love my Bosch mixer. 30 years ago you couldn't get them for the USA. My daughter worked in a store that had refurbished ones. She got it for me for Mother's day 3 years ago. I don't use anything else. I really like to make bread with it. So glad to see you use a Bosch.
Thank you so much for sharing your moms bread recipe, I can't wait to bake my own bread following your instructions. I love your video, it reminds me of how my mom would cook homemade dishes for us when my siblings and I were kids back in the day. Thanks again!
Im so happy I found your channel. I absolutely love the fact that this bread recipe is so simple but taste amazing. I’m not a baker but I’ve always wanted to learn how to make bread and you make it easy for us beginners to follow long so thank you.

This bread is absolutely amazing! I have now stopped buying store bread and make this bread every Sunday for my family. Girl thank you so much for sharing this recipe my family thanks you! I wish I could post pictures of the bread that I’ve made the past three weeks.
Oh my goodness! This makes me so happy! I’m so glad that you make it all the time and that your family loves it! Once you have homemade bread it’s hard to eat the bread from the store… homemade tastes so much better! Thank you for your sweet comment! ♥️♥️♥️

I have been trying to make bread forever and my grandma sent me this recipe well I made it and thank you and your mom I love it and will never buy store bought again !
I'm back! Just finished making my first batch using your recipe. Instead of a stand mixer I used a large bowl and wooden spoon. Mixing and kneading by hand is most enjoyable for me. I baked two and put one in the fridge. It will be baked tomorrow night or the next day to see if slow fermentation made any flavor difference. The two that were baked are HUGE. Beautiful bread. Forget fitting any of those slices in the toaster. Ha! We let the loaves cool for about two minutes and broke out the bread knife and butter. One loaf went to a neighbor who gave me the honey he gets from his beehives. I'll be using this recipe again and I believe it could easily make four loaves.
I'm so glad you made it!! I really enjoy kneading bread too, I could do it in my mixer but prefer to do it by hand. I'm curious to know if the fermentation made any difference. Let me know! Yes, it can make 4 loaves they will just be a bit smaller and it depends on the size of your bread pans. So glad you like the recipe!! Thank you!!

Why do people fall for cake when there is bread ❤❤❤
Please note: my mixer is the 7 quart? One of the larger mixers. I don't think the smaller mixers would hold all of the dough. It was almost too much for mine.

@@abbybelshe how kind to share your beautiful memories about your grandma. I will definitely try to bake some Easter bread this year. You inspired me too.
I found out yeast bread baked is a lot more than the ingredients. The bread gives the people who partake in the bread. Smile!
How do we make this an Easter bread then?

Exactly!! We were up late too. We had to put the third batch in the freezer. Will cook one of this evenings or weekends.
I could smell my grandmother's kitchen while watching this video. Thank you for bringing me back to that wonderful memory.

I wish I could taste it!!!!!😊
This is definitely the best bread recipe I’ve tried so far, very tasty and great texture. I think this will be my new go to recipe for bread. I made it into 2 loaves as I have oversized bread pans, they came out the perfect size, I just added 15 min to the baking time as 30 min wasn’t quite enough.

I made this bread. This is the best recipe I've tried. The bread was so soft and delicious. Thank you for sharing a family recipe
Thank you for inspiring me to Make homemade bread. I’m 82 years old and staying home during the pandemic gives me a good excuse to do something I haven’t done in ages.
You’re welcome!! I have been baking a lot of bread too during the pandemic. Let me know how it goes. 😊

@@SheriHemingway I am in the process of making this bread. I didn't realize that it made 3 loafs. I don't have a big enough bowl for the first rising. What do I do now. What size is your bowl?
@@johnawrzosek6127 if you don’t have a big enough bowl, just set your dough on the countertop with a cloth covering it. Let it rise until double. This will work great!
@@SheriHemingway I just finished your bread. It was so delicious. I have made bread before but yours was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful recipes
This video was on my recommendation to watch, so I watch the video I saved it right away. Finally I decided to try the recipe while I watch it step by step. Now I'm waiting fir the bread to raise 😇😇 I can't wait, by the way my favorite butter is out waiting for fresh load of bread 🤗🥰😋
Hi! I have to tell you this is one of the best sliced bread recipes that I have tried! This comes closest to store bread and it's absolutely delish! I've waited months before posting this review LOL. I bake it once a week and give away a loaf of bread every week! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my picky daughter's tummy!💓
So good love the bread and the steps so simple to do.and the mixture ido love it .where can I get one like that.
I used to bake bread with my grandmother growing up and then with my children. It is a great way to warm up your house on a snowy winter's day and is a great teaching tool as well.
😁
What I would give fora cold snowy day here in Texas right now
You won me on my first visit! I loved hearing your fond memories of coming home to a house with fragrant bread happening! I've been baking our own breads and rolls for a few years but was looking for a white bread recipe to make our own panko and found you! (Now you've got me looking at your Bosch mixer - LOL but my 6 qt Kitchenaid has a lot of life left in her!) Thanks Sheri!

my mom and her sister baked bread weekly for their respective FIVE kids.... When we got off the bus after school on Mondays the cinnamon buns were just cooled off enough to eat. Mom's recipe made a minimum of ten loaves, plus the cinnamon buns, which was just about right for a family of 7.
Hello, that sounds wonderful. 😊 By any chance do you have the recipe that you could share please. Did you have cinnamon rolls every Monday? How long did your bread last? If you could share it that would be so heavenly, and nice of you. And thank you if you can.🎉🎉 ❤ 😊
I used your recipe and even with the few hiccups I had, the bread came out looking professional grade. I never lear ned baking when I was younger and with rising cost of food I have been getting into making things from scratch for my family like olden times....Im so grateful to people like you who share your recipes with people like me who has never experienced homemade bread!!! It was so fun to be able to share this with my family and I look forward to learning more about it so my girls will have a mom who bakes and can pass re ipes to their kids ❤
Thanks to your excellent instructions I had a successful 1st attempt at making bread! Thank you. And this is the best bread I have ever had!! There’s no going back. I’m so happy you posted this video.
Your recipe will live forever!!! I made it, and my daughters loved it! I will keep making it for them! Thank you so much!!
My hubby and I are just biting into the delicious bread I baked using your simple to follow recipe. I did not want to do all 3 loaves so I halved the recipe, made one loaf with 2/3 of the dough and used the other third to make delicious chelsea buns. Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU~ I am so grateful for the instructions and recipe. God bliss you and your loved ones!
This makes me so happy!! I’m so glad you made the bread and like it! I’m curious, what are Chelsea buns? Thank you for the sweet message! God bless you! ♥️

Hi Barbara, how are you
There is a bread bakery as you're going into town. It's been there my whole life. Used to be called Kerns. It's changed names so many times idk the name of it now
But getting anywhere close by, it smells soooo good!! Me and my husband used to always say I wish they would let us buy it as soon as it comes out if the machine lol
SMH how stupid I was back then. Why didn't I learn more before now?
My husband committed su1cide in May 2019. NOW all of a sudden I'm learning how to make new things and cook different?? I don't deserve it.
I'm still going to make some bread and get more into cooking. My husband and my parents and even my cat I had with me for 22 years, I know wants me to carry on
Best tip ever putting yeast in freezer how many times have had to throw big packs out because it’s not active anymore !! 💜👌🏻✅ thank you 🙏🏼😊 I’m due to buy a big pack this week!!!

I've been baking, cooking for a long time now and have been so scared to try homemade bread! Biscuits I can do, but bread 🍞 always scared me! This video walked me thru every step and they turned out so beautiful! I didn't even want to cut them! Thank you so much for this informative video!!
My father taught me when I was 8 years old how to make bread and rolls. We had a day set for baking bread every week. It’s not hard, just takes a little practice. Don’t over knead it ok? That’s the main thing to know. 🤗😉 have fun baking!
What is your good recipe for biscuits? 🤦🏻♀️🙏🏻👏🏼
I have to tell you that this is the BEST sandwich bread ever! My husband said this one is a keeper. ❤
I love making homemade bread! The house smells amazing!
Hi, this is Saige you were the one who substituted Mr. West PE class in North Summit middle school September 27, 2024
This video is absolutely nice I love bread a lot lol. Hi Mary how are you doing with your family?
Hi Mary, how are you doing
Lovely looking bread. Good job teaching. When I was first married I did it all by hand 5 loafs at a time . I worked so only made it every other Saturday. That was back in 1968 . The mixer sure helps .
I've been serving this to clients for a couple of months. Thank you for sharing this! Very simple and gratifying to see these come together...and you're right.....the smell!
Glad it was helpful!
I did adjust the salt and honey a bit to develop a more prominent flavor.
Amazing job on this!!🥰
I put my yeast in ice water vs warm water as most folks do. I was surprised how well it rose as it warmed up. It tripled in bulk much quicker than I expected.
Wow, never heard of yeast in ice cold water. Tell me more of this technique.
Really ? How does that method work ?
Thank you with all my heart for sharing your skill in baking bread. I most definitely going to try your recipe.
Thank you!! You’re so nice! Let me know how it turns out when you make it. ♥️

Thanks! Iooks so 👍
I used to make my own bread. So good and so much cheaper. I always used bread flour
Can I ask why you use all purpose?
Wow ! This has been very well demonstrated . The bread came out perfect and very yummy . Thank you.
Thank you!! I’m so glad you made the bread and that you like it. God bless you! ♥️
You are such a good teacher. Thanks for your help
Wow! That’s so kind! Thank you! ♥️

This makes me so happy! I’m so glad you made the bread and like it! Store bought bread doesn’t even compare. Thank you for the kind message! 😊
Thank you!!
