Hi Meenakshiji, sorry for late reply. here are the answers for questions you asked i used chakki ka peesa hua aata. Annapurna is also good . 2 instant yeast can be also used. quantity same rakhiye 3 ji pani luck warm chalega

V nice seeing u after long time I used to c u on tv n once with yr dotter. Chef wen I make wheat bread it becomes dense can I put 2 cups aata n 1 cup maida n also add gluten powder n bread improver
Hi chef i didn't use chakki wala atta but used store bought one I think because of that i think 350 ml was more for that atta . My dough was so sticky and moist that i couldn't lift and put it in the tin . Another thing which happened was the second time proving was morre than required it overflowed the tin
calcium propionate powder is preservative, which is used for industrial production . bread improver is different and used for improving texture it has acidic property emulsifiers , soya flour , yeast etc. It is optional. you can also add 1/2 TSP of vinegar insted of bread improver. but bread improver is effective in making bread softer.

Hi it should be done in convection mode as long as temperature is achieved as mentioned. Does it have 2 coils ( top & bottom). A single heating coil won't work.
Hello. Today I tried this recipe. I followed it exactly., the measurements, timing, temperature. The taste is wonderful. But the bread is still sticky in the middle. What could be the cause. I also baked it a little more hopinf it would cook further. Would really like to try again with suggestions to correct it.
