@@MssNeetusharma I use only homemade butter and jam (vegan jam without sugar). I make mostly strawberry and pineapple jam with just 2tbsp of either jaggery/maple syrup/dates and chia seeds. Also, we eat bread only once in a while and that too never store bought. I am actually looking for a good alternative for 'yeast', Nisaji pls share any idea for yeast replacement besides baking soda or baking powder. Thanks 👍😊

Please check out her channel too where you will find all yummy recipes without oil. I am not using any oil since last year in my cooking and have lost unwanted weight and fat and became much healthy. Tip: pls try making it without the loaf tin as how cooking with plants shows and it would be spongy and good. Depending on health and taste, if you prefer only bread toast then u can add little unrefined brown sugar or coconut sugar. Please avoid any "refined" items in your food. Hope it was helpful! I tried this bread it with the exact same measurements. It came out to be exactly as shown. Everyone liked it at home . The bread came out to be very soft and tasty. I added Jaggery for little sweetness. And baking time was 53 minutes.
I tried the recipe. In my case, dough was not sticky though I used same measurements and I was able to knead it. After first rise, it looked bigger than my dish so I slightly removed some to make balls which I cured and it became a nice baati in 15 minutes. The bread itself was baked in 25 minutes in my otg and came out well. Everyone loved both the items. 👍🏻
I tried this. So easy to make. It took 5 hours to rise, in oven etc, but the entire time I spent actually making was about 10 -15 min, as there is no kneading..it came out so well too! And so filling. Usually with store bought bread I can easily eat four, but I had two slices and I was full this time😀! It came out exactly as your video shows! I put almonds as garnish, so it looks like cake 😂

This is the best bread recipe I've ever tried. I've tried tons of recipes but was never satisfied with the results. But this recipe gave just amazing result and I'm never going back to another bread recipe. It gave a much softer bread than all the other recipes where kneading was required. The bread was just amazingly soft and delicious and was also very very easy to make.

I tried it today. The inner texture of bread was good but the upper crust became very hard. I felt that the dough needed a little more water but I didn't add it as I didn't want to take a risk with the recipe. Also, it didn't rise to double for the second rise (inside loaf container). I think I should have reduced the baking time also as it had browned well before 55 mins. But after reading other comments, it seems only I had problem😒
Thank you for this awsome recipe came out well enjoyed with homemade butter....there was only one flaw i used aluminum loaf tin with parchment paper dough got stuck to the parchment paper.. Manager to cut the sides n relished the bread with butter for breakfast..

I tried making this and followed instructions to the point. Uptil putting in the oven, it looked exactly as it looked in the video. Exactly. But I checked after an hour. It was undercooked in middle. I continued cooking it for upto 2 hours. Finally, i gave up. It had stone crust and burnt below. And a raw center.

Nothing offensive but making bread totally healthy but moment u top up with jam, etc with outside butter it's gone.

You can use low amount of yeast if you are using refined flour(maida). But whole wheat flour needs more yeast as it is heavier.

I tried this recipe today. I ended as harder bread and not soft and spongy as yours . I don't know where is the mistake . I cooked for 30 minutes .
Mine too turned out undercooked and dense on the inside and hard on the outside.
30 min is less. This takes around 50-55 min. Remove from the oven when done and let it cool on its own, then slice.

I made this bread twice using active dry yeast and it was super duper. Aroma, taste, soft with a good crumb. Thanks Nisha for this recipe 🌷
1st proofing was done in 75 minutes and the second in half an hour.
Can you share the cup size? Is one cup = 125 ML?
