The Vermonter
Excellent video production. Thanks for the clear pointers and the candid recounting. It helps us to know the true expectations to hold in regards to actually catching something.
Awesome Mark. So much funny
Wow, a very beautiful place to fish, well done my friend, he made me repeat this video, my wishes for you
Great video Mark. Thank you!
Awesome! Thanks so much!
Wonderful & informative video Mark 🎣🎣
Great production! Wonderful footage of the river. The only thing that drives me crazy is the casting. Has anyone seen any of the footage of Tight Loops, Tight Lines? Kastine & Terry are two of the most amazing, conscientious single-hand casters I can think of! They honour salmon by presenting to them in a way worthy of the fish. Whereas here, Mark's just "blah." And, it's obvious Mark can cast, I've seen him in other videos, and I just for the life of me can't figure out why he's so lackadaisical about it here, where he's fishing for the king of fishes?
Dry fly eat behind the guide at 23.45, gobble. gobble!
Nice video once again. I don't remember the kid's name but, can someone tell him to wait à bit on that back cast! Kidding.
Don’t kid that is good advice. All casters should welcome continued learning no matter the age. +1 a little pause and his casts would be night n day different.
Any advice on the best time of year to go? Any month in particular?
June & July are excellent as is early September. Give Matt Romkey a call at 902-210-7766 and he can give you more info
They let you use fluorocarbon leader in Newfoundland?! They didn't chop it off and tie on green Maxima?! Lol
