Excellent! I was using another channel for years then all of a sudden ads started popping up during the breathing part so needless to say I had to find an alternative. I much prefer it here, I like 35 not 30 breaths and it’s not such frantic breathing. Much more relaxing. Yay, everything happens for a reason.😊
Thanks, I subscribed already and have tried other videos from the channel. I must admit this rather generic marketing answer made me question my decision though. Still I do appreciate the videos here as they provide a good alternative to the original ones by Wim Hof.

@@HandsOnMeditation i ve been trying and failing all these exercises. But today I tried myself not to quit in any circumstances. But that decision gave me lot of tranqulity and satisfaction. I felt like I took a drug. My confidence and calmness reflected in my eyes. Brain cells felt more connected. Love you brother.

I've been breathing through mouth and out through nose with this one, anyone else doing it like this? Usually I breathe in through nose and out through mouth for 478 breathing but I do it the reverse with this video because I can keep up better with the commands, is anyone else doing this? Is it wrong to breath like this? Or should it always be in through nose and out through mouth?
I practiced it today..felt relaxed, focussed, happy, positive and awesome

This video has a challenging pace so you should do whatever works best for you. No worries. There is no perfect method. It's flexible.
It is not possible to do full yogic breath , using abdominal muscles and chest and breathing so fast.😂
This exercise does not focus on that style of breathing. You may enjoy the 478 Breathing videos on this channel.
