Like, I almost cried whenever I heard you saying " you're doing a good job" because I've been going through hard time lately, and others are throwing so many negative attacks and being aggressive towards me. Man idk why your videos make it so easy for me to hold my breath and just be in the present moment. A lot of times when I did other breath works the talking of the person would make me lose my concentration but your voice and speech is so relaxing and comforting, u make me feel safe and confident in my breath hold, knowing that oxygen is all throughout my body always makes me feel relaxed. This one was perfect, less speaking and more quiet. I felt like this one was for me, i used to practice your advanced method (3 minutes breath hold) and sometimes it was really hard for me to focus because of the talking. When i was doing the adv method and got to the point to hold my breath for 3 min sometimes i felt like i was seeing illusions and at the same time seizures attacks, but this one is just perfect for me. Thanks man.
