Without a doubt one of your best breathing sessions - straight to the point, perfect timing reminders and a peaceful mind. You are making a big difference out there, one breath at a time - much love from Denmark 🙏
Thank you Kitaro. I have not looked back since l moved on from the WimHoff videos. I will always be grateful to Wim for his generosity in sharing his breathing techniques with the world. Initially it was his dream to change to world. I believe you Kitaro are the true inspiration for me and many of your followers to maintain this daily routine. ❤
I really enjoy this videos method of breath-work when going deeper into myself - something about the counting and rhythmic deep breaths, accompanied with longer retention times. I love the other methods and videos as well for various purposes. The faster hyperventilation along with multiple rounds really resets my body. A tip I came into recently that has helped me go deeper and amplify the experience during the retentions: on the very last deep breathing inhale, hold this one in for 10-15 seconds then release before starting the retention. Just like the 15 second breath in at the end of the retention. This really helped me. I urge anyone to try it and see if they notice anything different! Thank you Kitaro for excellent content.
Tried holding 15s on last breath, on the retention phase notice more tingling body temperature colder, felt very relaxed and conscious, was able to hold retention easier. Thanks for sharing. Kitaro what do you think?
Thanks Kitaro. I have been doing the 5 round session for 5 years. This new video is perfection. Your calm voice and background sounds are reassuring. I also play a forest bird utube. The combination takes me into an enchanted forest. 3 minute breath hold is easy and the results more powerful.
I've been doing the deep breathing for a couple weeks. Although I can barely hold my breath 2 minutes, this guide is the easiest of the several I've tried to follow. Thanks
Many blessinngs Kitaro.💚 I receive wonderful healing and centering doing your daily breathing sessions. I really like this version. Life, Love & Peace to ALL. 🌬🌌🌻💚
I like squeezing the perineum muscle during the breath inhale as evolution of Dave suggests. It connects other elements of the body to the beathwork! Definitely recommend!
I downloaded this in mp3 a few days ago, so I had to double-check this was indeed 3 minutes. Insane. So much thanks, this is going to be the new standard!
This guided breathwork session is truly next-level! Your minimalistic approach allows for deep focus and connection with each breath. The expertise and experience clearly shine through-thank you for creating such a powerful practice. Definitely checking out the 7-day course!🙏🏻💫
This session is perfect except I have to hit the play button and drop down and get situated real fast cuz it doesn't have that nice little few-second get yourself situated time. 😆

I love the way you formatted this, not having a timer for 15 seconds makes it easier to not think about the 15 seconds
I do it with my eyes closed
Less is more. This session is pure perfection. Thank you Kitaro. ❤
Thank you 🍀🥰🙏
Nice session. I like all of your breathing videos. It is so enjoyable to have a variety to pick from.
