Today I found this for the first time, it is the most intense breathing exercise I have done in many years! Thank you so much! It was a bit scary during the long pause without air, but the voice telling to feel safe comforted me and made feel secure,,, this is at another level! even tears are coming out of my eyes on their own without any feeling , I think it is just TOTAL RELAXATION IN MY BODY. Absolutely amazing exercise! Can’t thank you enough!
Just cracked 60+ days of doing this every day, sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. I am calmer, happier and more productive. If you're reading this - highly recommend you do the same and see what happens. Much love to all.
Yes, you’re back. My wife and I had been using the former UA-cam video daily for over a year. When we couldn’t access the video on UA-cam, we used the website version. Thank you.
Please don’t. It would be pretty bad karma to download the video instead of supporting this channel. I spend a lot of effort and money to create them. Please watch online and enjoy all the videos.
@@HandsOnMeditation I agree. I have no intention of downloading this or any of the Hands on Meditation videos. I appreciate all your hard work that has gone into creating these videos. September 2024 will mark two years since I started using this video. My wife joined me in December 2022 and together, we have only missed six days. We have remained healthy through this period. Thank you.
Wow…. I did this for the first time and kept up well. My whole nervous system has slowed down. Even typing this message feels slow. During the breath holds, I felt immense pulses of energy traveling through me, and now all that’s left is pure relaxation and warmth.
This is probably wildly inappropriate, but I cannot help sharing: I was addicted to crack, and the sensations/buzzing in the body/mind after round five are what I would experience for the first 15 seconds after a toke. It probably goes without saying, but the breathing is a much cleaner feeling. 😅 Forever grateful for these breathing exercises. I wish everyone well on their journey.
I love this. I have been doing it for about a year and it has helped me make so many positive changes in my life. Breathing and Self-talk/affirmations are real and healing and wonderful. PLEASE give this a try with an open mind!
Thank you so so much for bringing this back!! This is the best breathing video I have ever come across and used it for so long, was heartbroken when it went down. You have no idea how much this helps people, keep up the great work!! x
Held out for 135 secs quite effortlessly A suggestion- I did Wim hof breath work for beginners and then did this So, 31 min of being in the present moment, struggling mildly to control the urge to inhale Isn't this the best way to be in the present?😊
I appreciate the words of encouragement during the breathing exercises. Lord knows there’s enough words of discouragement trying to keep you from succeeding. 😊
If you’re struggling to get to the longer breathe holds, try your practice first thing in the morning - I’m always able to get longer holds that way. Second best time is before bed. Be kind with yourself and understand that it’s not a competition, and doing the work puts you one step closer to your Best Self ❤
Having gone through James Nestor's UA-cam videos on the importance of nasal breahing and slow breathing I suggest, more and more, ppl follow your videos and breathe along to better health, fitness and strength
I'm currently working my way upto the 4 minute breath hold video. Mine and my wife's favorite is the beginner transcendance meditation video. We love the pulsing rhythm of the music. We would love if you did a versions just with the music and pulsing.
@chitrarajamohan4857 there’s no pressure to hold your breath for the entire time. A minute and a half is a long time. Usually the more you practice the easier gets, but everyone is different. You might also enjoy one of the other exercises on this channel.

After 35 seconds inhale count after that we need to hold breate or after 35th inhale and exhale it nd hold position nd not take breath for next 30,45 seconds

@ankitjain5197 it sounds like you are feeling the need to exhale after the breath hold. Even though you exhaled before you started the breath hold. That’s normal. It’s sometimes more comfortable to take a final exhale before your deep inhale. But with all of this, there’s no pressure to do it a perfect way. Just follow the exercise in a way that is comfortable for you.

@ankitjain5197 it sounds like you are feeling the need to exhale after the breath hold. Even though you exhaled before you started the breath hold. That’s normal.
