1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
Black peppercorns
1-1.5 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground bay leaf
Some vegetable oil
5 onions
potatoes
Salt
Black pepper
paprika
Vegetable oil
Crispy crust and meat that melts in your mouth

This is a crispy pork belly I can sink my teeth into. This will be most welcome during our family outing with friends tomorrow. Moreover, this will also be a loved dish during office outings as the crispy pork belly is a great pair for alcohol. I just love how the pork fat oozes with juices that it makes my mouth water just watching it.
