  • The Renato Bellucci guitars have been discussed on various sites. For that reason I placed this video with an honest recording of the guitar I'm selling. Part of the comments in fact do count for these guitars but I will explain what I've came across. Mail me for information on acakoevoets@kpnmail.nl
Some moisture problems with the (too thick) lacquer and fretwork that could have been leveled better and with more care for the fret ends. A topnut that hasn't been radiused on a guitar with a radiused fingerboard what in fact should be there. A sloppy made bridgebone so in fact too much minors that in fact should not be expected from a top of the line instrument. On the other hand also things that can be dealt with. Good news is that you can customize your own individual Bellucci guitar on the Mangore.com site.
This guitar has a lot of extra's: Beautiful Marquetry, African Blackwood sides and back, Canadian cedar top that is lattice braced and a reinforced neck. Besides that a really convenient armrest and a tailpiece have been added. When figuring out the final price of this all you ought to pay 6200 USD for a guitar like this. Now the 1600 Euro's (case included) is a nice price. The minors have been solved! And the sound? Simply judge for yourself. Good balance, even string response and a nice separation of the tones , at least to my opinion. Find out more about these guitars on www.mangore.com
Thanks to Wally Andries who is always helpful in placing the recorded sounds under the video's he is making.

And in fact not such a well known prelude from Tarrega.
In fact there is no repeat sign at the end but then it would
have been very short so I made it a 12 measure version
and I ended up with the original notes written by Tarrega.
      Thanks for your compliments.
