Did you like the process of creating a song? Let me know ↓
Just between you and me, "There" = an area, position or place. "Their"= belonging to or associated with. "They're"= They are (contraction) Thanks again for the tutorials!

Nice layers and melodies!🩵
Thanks Lilian, how is your music going?
Hey Charles, this is an excellent process! I can definitely use it!

Thanks Giann, let me know how it goes with your music.
It's been a while ❤ hope everything going well...🎉
Hey Charles, This is actually an excellent process! Almost like "scat" then polish it in!

Thanks Giann :)
Just started garage band and your tutorials are the most simple and best ones I’ve found. Also I’m just starting to learn about production and I’ve heard GarageBand is limiting. Do you recommend I use GarageBand to learn the basics then move to another more advanced DAW? Or just start with a more advanced DAW like Logic Pro or fl studio?
Glad to hear you've taken the plunge into music production, you won't regret it! I recommend doing whatever is the least friction at the beginning.. if that's GarageBand, great! Whatever gets you making music and learning. GB is limited but not if you're just a beginner. Sometimes it's best to use GB until you understand what it's limits are. Other people prefer to jump in Logic and hit the ground running right away, however, that's a steep learning curve and not everyone is prepared for it at the beginner stage.
Thank you so much I think GarageBand will be a good start
Just my thought. I'm a big fan of Brent Smith's Voice / Shinedown.
What you composed sounds very good.
In my head, I see him singing on it. Have you ever thought about sending your compositions to other artists?
Hello please help. I was watching your older videos and I have a question:
Once your music is copy written, how can you ensure that when you upload it to UA-cam you won’t get a copyright violation/flag for your own works? In other words, how does UA-cam know that you are the one that has the rights to the song you just uploaded so they don’t accidentally flag YOU?
hey man, you can get youtube content id for your song when you publish it with a distributor. This is a code that means you own the song and therefore if you use it, and get flagged, you can dispute it because you're the owner.
Can you suggest best microphone under 500 dollars or any value for money mics
Hey Ish, yes I definitely can. Here are some options for you: www.charlescleyn.com/my-studio
Do you have any #1 billboard hit songs? You don't, so its like watching a video entitled, how to make a million dollars, but the guy making the video is poor..
the clickbait worked :)
