I've been following Joe for years, long before the beard and he has change the way I train by teaching me how to think. I'm subscribed to all of his socials and even used his app which is brilliant. Keep up the great work coach and if you're new here, definitely recommend you follow his work.
ivbeen aplying the alinement tips since 3 months now , and my arms have shown a great progress , thanks for the video and the info , the nerd stuff always on point
Excellent video!! I'm an intermediate lifter !! 5 yrs into my journey!! I'm definitely switching to single arm now!! Makes total sense!! Thanks and I'll watch for other videos Tim
Best Hypertrophy content on UA-cam, hands down! No disrespect to Mountain Dog, Jeff Nippard, 3DMJ, etc., but you are the most specific and interesting i've found!
Bro!!! Thankyou!! The flared elbows explanation during curls absolutely answered my problem why I don't feel the burn biceps doing barbell work. I feel it internally in my joints before anywhere once I start going heavy. And they give out before my biceps even start to burn. Love your channel and content dog 💯👊🏼
Great info. I've been training 5 years very consistently and my elbows have been increasingly giving me problems. I'm sure better alignment will improve the situation. Thanks!
True. I've been doing Skull Crushers for like 10 years straight, but last year while doing that I felt bit pain in the right Tricep tendon. And now whenever I perform them I feel pain. Excluded from exercise list completely.
Excelentes videos, ya te había visto con Hunter, Cbum y Flex…. No sabía que tenías canal de UA-cam, recomendable !! Excellent videos, I had already seen you with Hunter, Cbum and Flex…. I didn't know you had a UA-cam channel, recommended !!
Valuable advice regarding the single-arm exercises - thank you Joe. As far as curls are concerned - do you usually extend the elbow all the way (thus relaxing biceps and even flexing triceps at the bottom of curls) or do you try to keep constant tension on the biceps by keeping the elbow slightly bent at the bottom (thus probably also reducing the risk of tendon tear)?
Thanks for sharing with some details. I’m a nerd meathead, unfortunately smarter than I am bigger haha but yeah, love your work. You did the exercices in the order you showed them ?
Thanks for the content! When you do 2 working sets (a top and a backoff one), how many sets do you typically do before the top set? In those "warmup" sets, how many RIR do you tipically have?
Personnaly, I find that a neutral grip hits a bit more the brachialis and the reverse grip hits more the brachioradialis. But it depends on your arms genetic...
Ive been dealing with golfer's elbow for around 3-4 months now and it's not going away..any advice? Should I stop training or..? Keep up the great content
Commenting for the algorithm but I got a question too. Is positioning your arms more overhead for tricep movements not that big of a deal in terms of stimulating the long head? I almost feel like I'm at active insufficiency with my long head when I do any tricep stuff that has my arm to my side, I only ever get sore in that area when I do overhead stuff too.
Do you catch a lot of flack for using accommodating resistance? I don't really understand why, particularly because this is *why* I follow you and listen to what you have to say. There are plenty of people who will just say "move iron" or something macho they can follow. Using actual mechanics principles from physics seems to kind of be your area of expertise, and if they think it's unnecessary why bother commenting at all? UA-cam confuses me...
@@HypertrophyCoach that's what I mean! I guess I just don't understand haters... Thank God I'm not a content creator, my little heart just couldn't take it.
Looking to buy the band and cuff combo, but website is a little confusing. Description says 65 Bucks for 4 bands and cuffs, but 4 band option comes up as 40. Doesn't mention cuffs.
Algorithm do your thing👀

Excellent video for my arm day today 👌🏻👌🏻
I do the same thing for triceps, neutral grip for damn near everything.

i get crazy elbow pain when doing single arm preacher curls... any tips on how to fix this?

Yes
Sir can you tell me the brand of the dumbbells you use?
How do you typically track pump work? Or do you just track the main movements, always been a thing I’ve wondered
I don’t track it. Just my “meat and potato” movements
What is the difference between backup sets and pump work?
any tips for cold hands and feet and overal body temperature? i take pomegranate and cocoa but still cold hands which i hate during training
Thanks for the content! When you do 2 working sets (a top and a backoff one), how many sets do you typically do before the top set? In those "warmup" sets, how many RIR do you tipically have?
First exercise normal 4-6, less for every exercise after that
Moves for massive tricep long head pls! Cuz it's hard to develop
Where can I buy those cuffs?

Any tips on biasing Brachialis without getting too much Brachioradialis?
Personnaly, I find that a neutral grip hits a bit more the brachialis and the reverse grip hits more the brachioradialis. But it depends on your arms genetic...
Not over think that one. Neutral grip curls are likely your best bet.
@@HypertrophyCoach Thanks coach!

Currently use a small hard massage ball on forearm/elbow joint structure everyday. slowly and firmly work out tight areas
Find the movements you can do pain free, and continue doing those
I know all heads contract together but is there any way to bias the lateral head of the tri? Long head is about all i feel on anything.
6'1 long limbed if that matters
Nope

No, not that big of a deal. But if they work well for you, keep doing them

Really? Only 60k subscribers? Damn shame
Link to the particular hand cuff you use? The one's i'm seeing on amazon are geared towards kickbacks which are too large.
