Can't spell hypertrophy without HYPE
Can’t spell hypertrophy without TROPHY! 🏆
Honestly I feel very lucky to be able to have such a detailed insight into a top olympian prep, explained in a way where we can all apply those principles to our training 🙏🙏
‘Forearms and abs are not my most favorite to train’. I identify myself in this statement so much hahahah. I love you
I dont follow any workouts from yt, but yours are quite good😀 most people do 10 different random movements and shit ton of volume.
Another great video!!! Your video's always helps me understand how to do the workout most effectively and with all the educational stuff!!! Can't thank you enough!!!
You always drop the correct video my corresponding training days! My man
What's up I would love to train with you!
Fantastic info Coach. I've been thinking about giving PPL a shot, because I've never tried it before... So I was just trying to figure out how best to structure each day. Thanks!
It would be awesome if you could make the reverse pull day video too!!
Look back a few videos. I have it up in two different videos.
Always like your contents coach..!!! 💪
Y'all are BEASTS!!! 💪💪
As you've requested before....I'd love to see a video from you on something like:
5 examples of how bodybuilders followed anecdotal evidence as opposed to science and were dead wrong! and 5 examples when bodybuilders followed anecdotal evidence as opposed to science and were dead right! and how to tell the difference.
Just a suggestion...`
THANK YOU COACH FOR THIS VIDEO… I REALLY NEEDED THIS… BUT ONLY PROBLEM IS … I HAVE A FREE WEIGHT BENCH EZ CURL BAR ANDCA HAMMER CURL BAR SO I GOTTA USE WHAT I HAVE AND DO A LIL IMPROVISING… 💯👊🏿👊🏿 THANX AGAIN
Feel pretty good that this was almost identical to my order of exercises for pull day
Great content. Thanks for sharing!
Good content, music & workout!
Great content as always. 👍
Thx Coach!! :D
Quick question - why is Terrence doing the reverse pec dec unilateral?
But does the reverse peck deck train the rear delts through their full contractile range? 🤔🧐
Yep
Yes it does
Great pull day for sure
Awesome
4 the algorithm 💪🏻
I know the video is old and maybe you stopped doing this but I've always found the constant butt-rock to be annoying. But thanks for including the session at the end. I learned somethings here I want to try
Butt-rock?
Hi Joe!! For working brachialis with hammer curls, do the dumbbells have to come up even with the forearm or should the supinate at all? Thanks!
Yes this is good
Awsome as ever who is the training music by?.
Heey Coach, do you log the t-bar row since its a finisher? Or do you just go by feel and try to go to failure or close?
Joe, what's the name of your gym? Are you an owner? Either way, would love to see a video tour of that place.
❤💪
When you say topset, does that mean there are sets before to work up to it? If so how many workup sets do you usually do?
Your top set is your heaviest set.
You warmup until your topset without pre exhausting your muscle (if u bring the intensity top and backoff set are enough) i'd personally do 3 to 4 warmup sets on the first exercise and on the following exercises 1-2 warmup sets. I know im not the one youre asking but I have quite some experience in the "Top Backoff" training
Put sets and reps through the workouts coach please 🙄
Any exercises beside db wrist curl and bb wrist curl to avoid wrist pain ?
wrist roller or single cable wrist curls
Wear the turban.u will look amazing with that beard
Here in Australia a pull workout is an entirely different thing...
Good content but more vids of the workouts, less of watching you talk!
No thanks, this is one the most educational bodybuilding channels out there. The talking part is the important bit
@@jamesthompson11r1993 I understand that I was saying voice-over the workouts so we can see full routines of you working out vs. Sitting talking
