This is so upsetting. You’re right. Throughout history in many places in America, Indigenous Americans and black people were not given the same rights to be armed. And that was wrong. It took awhile for America to self- correct, but I had to a large degree and that’s why so many want to come live in our Republic.
Do you know who perpetrated the first act of unjust and inhumane gun control on a population in North America was? It was perpetrated by the British ON Amerindians.
Please, and this is for all Americans, STAY ARMED AND READY AT ALL TIMES! It’s not for another man or woman to decide for you to be armed or not! Nature’s God had given every human being the natural right to be armed and to defend themselves, their families and friends, their home and property. And the government is and has always been the number one brutalizer of innocent people on Earth.
      JUST LIKE RIGHT HERE!

So, the officer didn't cover the peephole...but he didn't stand where he could seen, and I get that that is how these door knocks happen so they don't get shot through the door, but I can totally see why the Airman was suspicious. The statement by the PD claiming the Airman heard the officer ID himself is pure speculation. They can't possible know what he heard. Even if he did hear it, he was clearly suspicious that it wasn't actually the police. And I can understand that police are human and make mistakes, the officer went to the wrong door. I can understand that he saw the man had a gun but you gotta have more than just the suspect is holding a gun to shoot them. It's pointed down, he didn't even warn him to drop it until after he'd shot him 4 damn times! That is a NO, and a properly trained officer KNOWS that. He did not use like force with like force here. That's NOT how the law says an officer can conduct theirself. There was no deadly force used on him, so he had NO justification for using deadly force. He was NOT threatened with that gun just because it was visible. A citizen is allowed to have a weapon and they're allowed to answer their door with it in hand. They're allowed to be suspicious of who is actually knocking on their door, even if they announce themselves as police. This officer was absolutely wrong and I pray this country gets a damn brain for once, so this family gets justice.

The Acorn PD cowards demonstrate a lack of sound tactical judgement just like they are known around the world for. This was wrong. This was my military brother killed here and I feel this. I retired from the military and I see the young and women in uniform as family. I’m so upset by this.
Everyone stay strapped and exercise your 2A! It’s a right bravely and righteously fought for by generations of human beings going back millennia! It’s important especially because life is so cheap to so many! Protect yourselves and family, especially from government agents! Throughout history there is no greater brutalizer of innocent people than governments!
And keep speaking your mind here even though your speech and my speech is so heavily censored!

He did not announce himself the first time he knocked and he stepped to the side of the door so he couldn't be seen through the peephole, which is why the young man got his weapon. He said step outside and when he took a step, he opened fire without warning. You shouldn't be a police officer if you are that scary. He opened fire the second he saw the weapon. There's a reason why they're building "cop city" facilities near every large city. Israel has a police office exchange program with the US. The notsees in the govt want to turn the ghettos here into "little Gazas". Did you know they have cameras with guns attached to them over certain corridors in Gaza, and it's supposedly uses AI to determine whether or no to shoot you, just like the helicarriers in Winter Soldier? That barbarism is coming here if we only relegate our outrage to the comment box.
