The problem is not that specific judge. Remember, 27 times. If there is one judge that released the same guy a lot of times maybe, but still, the fact that the law allows for that is the problem, not the single judges. A judge have to follow the law, its as simple as that. Change the law, and you change the judgements.

It's all part of a plan to destroy this country so the tyrannical left can issue martial law and rip up the constitution. That's why they want to police defended. And why they knowingly let violent criminals out immediately. They want it so bad we beg for them to save us so they can institute a federal law inforcement agency that only answers to them. How dare they surround this mans home , military style ambush tactics to violate his right to be armed.. Then cry about the consequences of their own unlawful actions.. The single purpose of the second amendment rights is for citizens to be able to lawfully defend themselves from tyranny.. Thus the saying : live free or die fighting for freedom. If only all police officers were required to have a masters degree in constitutional law and civil rights laws in order to be eligible for employment.. Life in general would be simple and pleasant for everyone . instead they brainwashed and indoctrinated these innocent officer's and using tax money as an incentive for them to do unlawful thing to the American people with the promise of immunity from prosecution for their crimes. So sad.. Everything is ass backwards here in America.
