Well, Mia is meant to be 20 but the actor (though older) could pass for a bit younger, and Oliver’s been seriously working on his dad vibe for the past few seasons. The beard makes him look older too. Essentially, Mia looks like a teenager with a dad who just looks good for his age/well preserved. The same can’t be said for adult!William calling Oliver “dad”- which is fine, since he’s supposed to be in his early to mid thirties. Meanwhile, Nora’s actor is a few years older than Barry and Iris, is meant to be 26, and looks like she could be one of their co-workers. Barry only stopped looking like a college student a couple of seasons ago, so it’s weirder with the two of them XD
Not that it worked that much, during the episode she was still mad she couldn't be the perfect fighter, at the end they actually started going somewhere with that with Laurel's speech reality is hitting Mia hard, not that her acting shows her reacting much to it but it is hitting her.

It had its seasons which were meh, overall one of my favorite superhero shows of all time along with daredevil, punisher, and Gotham
