    Congratulations for moving to the next level. Since jam is a big problem in KL I would like to suggest Mont Kiara. You can save a lot of time and money if you are staying near your workplace.Also if near the office, you can use motorbike to work instead of car. Mont Kiara is a very strategic location.You can easily go to KL town, Tesco HQ manjalara etc from there. Maybe you can look around Jalan Dutamas Raya area. Got some houses and condos there. Apart from that, there's the segambut commuter station that is accessible by walking through the government quarters condo. There's a 1 ringgit feeder bus operating from the commuter station also (from segambut station to KL sentral). Apart from that, if your are thinking of travelling to other parts of Malaysia, the jalan duta bus express station is nearby. Another thing i would like to highlight about Mont Kiara is that you will seldom have problem with water or electricity disruption because there are a lot of government buildings there and the new palace is also located in that area. In terms of your future plan, Mont Kiara itself, with so many high end condos, should be able to provide you with enough market and business potential for your future business. With what you are doing now, I don't think you will have any problem setting up a future business that focuses on Big rollers or high end paying customers. The good news is that Mont Kiara is full of such customers. When it comes to business, its all about building meaningful relationships with your customers.

    I have my on theory of investing a house , i dont really study actually. Before I purchased, i ask myself if noone want to rent ur place are you going to stay? If yes than can buy. Haha.

    We recently had the same dilemma. I work in the city center so i wanted a place within walking distance to train stations while my partner works in sunway. My family lives in subang. So between these needs, we shorted listed Ara Damansara and Bukit Jalil. My only issue with Bukit Jalil is that I feel the traffic there is going to be nasty when all the condos are completed. Otherwise I do like the area. Why not consider locations such as Kota Kemuning or Putra Heights or projects like Tropicana Metropark?
    Love your videos btw. Please keep it up and thanks for sharing your journey to buy your first home. Alot of people in their 20s/30s are in the same dilemma and would definitely appreciate the sharing!

    i'm having this dilemma too. it's a super tough decision. Cyberjaya might be a good place to live in but a bit far away from Puchong & Balakong which my family members live in although the accessibility is fantastic. Balakong is an ok place to live but the traffic at Serdang's bridge is very bad.

    The best apporach is to wait for another 12-18 months to monitor market situation before buy propoerty as current economic downtown will provide extra value for money to buy your dream home. 2nd is oviously the location & neighbourhood . 3rd is the facilities and conveniency for your living. 4th is quality and design of the home.

    i think you can consider Tropika Bukit Jalil by Berjaya? Your budget can get 974sf with 3 rooms, Golf View.

    Can consider Elmina. Latest landed strata development ranges from 500+k to 1mil+. And the upcoming DASH highway will link u straight to mont kiara.

    Hi Sean, I couldn't find any video from your library/list regarding buying a house down south i.e. Nilai or any township near Nilai. Kindly advice, if it is worth to buy property for investment and/or migrate to stay there, since it is becoming more stressful to stay in Klang Valley. Look forward to your input, as you have been consistently stating facts, risks & rewards and even if you are stating your personal views, it would at its best, very much based on calculated strategies.

    Mount Kiara took me by surprise. Pretty far for family and in laws. Maybe buy something in PJ/Kelana Jaya so that can be central between work, own family and in Laws?

    Hi Sean, any project in mind if you are considering Cheras? I am looking for a future home, and not in a rush. However, I prefer a new development project rather than subsale. Shah Alam and bukit raja are currently in mind due to distance with family and work place. Cheras seems to be another good option, but I am really not familiar with Cheras.

    Hey man. I am also looking for a home ! Still single but I’m looking at projects which complete in 2-3 years time. I work in sunway. Currently looking at city of elmina freehold land around 33km away. I’m looking at Ilham residence with a unit just touching 650k. What do you think? Travelling can be messy at times but I personally think I’ll only buy one property ever. So either move up into high rise or go out wide for a landed. KOTA KEMUNING is nearer I’m sure. However it’s mostly leasehold and above 650k which is out of my budget. Thoughts ?

    Service maintenance ayah aku kata duit tu ibarat burn, bulanan sahaja dah cukup tinggi 1200-1500k, adakah betul "burn money" tu?

      Consider burn kalau facilities tidak digunakan. Tetapi maintenance juga melibatkan security, pembersihan, dan lain lagi. Kalau dalam rumah conventional, atap rosak, cat baru, dan lain-lain jugak ade cost kan?
      Dari angle saya, saya memang nak cari tempat yang selamat, bersih, cantik tanpa melibatkan usaha saya. Saya tak nak buat landscape sendiri kerana saya prefer buat video hahahaha.
