Pizza dough
(Ingredients) 3 divisions
250 g bread flour
50 g plain flour
(300 g all-purpose flour instead)
2 teaspoon sugar (6 g)
1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
1 teaspoon instant yeast (4 g)
240 g warm water
Margherita pizza ingredients
8-10 cherry tomatoes
100g mozzarella cheese
Arugula (or basil)
(Tomato sauce)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
50g tomato puree (boiled tomato)
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pepper a little
Barb salt a little
Fruit pizza ingredients
1 banana
8-10 strawberries
1/2 orange
50g cream cheese
Appropriate amount of honey
Bake 12 minutes in preheated 220 ℃ (~ 425F)
