I am going to stick to my at-home workouts for a bit just because I have a great routine and the perfect amount of equipment to do so! I have been in "quarantine" since my seizure and surgeries in January and February of 2019 so I'm (unfortunately) used to it!
      How about you??

@@SkighAthletics I'm 5'10 and thought that you look like me, your shins look like mine etc. Maybe it was the angle. A lot of these videos lie about height. I seen legit 5'11s clickbait saying they 5'6. My bad

@@jpm8960 I look like you in terms of height..? Based on the video, our shins look like they’re the same length/ height so that automatically makes me 5’8”😅
No worries! In a very sarcastic mood today so I’m actually responding with my actual thoughts of when people normally say I’m lying about my height🥴
I totally get it, though! I have dunked with some elite athletes & dunkers that have their heights at 6’1” but are easily 2-3” taller!
I was at the hospital a looooooot last year because of cancer, chemotherapy & radiation so my height and my weight have been measured at least 20+ times that I have on paper and I have measurements that range from 5’6.5” *(what it says on my online portal currently)* to 5’8”!!
I always like to measure height *(myself, the low rims I dunk on),* weight *(myself, the weight I lift)* & just to be as honest as humanly possible on my social media!

it seems that he’s incorporating a lot of overcoming isometrics into his workout which is something ive been researching, as its a way of increasing power and performance without size, it’s essentially trying to move an immovable object. This help your body to recruit a higher number of muscles to perform the exercise and gives a considerable lower percentage of injury, as well as using the exercises where your knees go over your toes to strengthen the muscles supporting your knees and the tendons to reduce knee injury. This guy knows his stuff! will definitely try this routine for my leg day. Thanks fella!

I'm so happy I stumbled upon this video! I'm 5'10, 5'11 on a good day lol and I've always been almost able to dunk on a regulation hoop but never got quite there. I plan on doing this today and continue every other day and see where I get in a month. (Might even post a quick video of my attempt, I'll reply here to let you know how it went 💪🏽)

Hey thanks for comment, I'm older and I been skipping leg day forever, I watched this and thought, holy crimoney this would kill me. I had to read comments to see if anyone else thought this looks very difficult.
Dang though, I really want to try, though.

@@Nathan-wf1pr have to say nathan I deff recommend! I just tried again just now for my second attempt and completed the whole thing! I would say do maybe a set less each or slightly less reps with the 3 sets. If you start feeling like you can't go further just try the next workout. Good luck!

rocky 967 Make sure you’re not hyperextending on the Superman lifts! Also make sure you’re stretching properly & to its full extent after the exercise so you don’t get tight muscles. It’s also good to know the different between being sore and hurting. The back/ low back tends to be very weak so it could also be that! Take a few days off and just stretch before you get back to it!
