350z Koyorad Aftermarket Radiator Install

- If you are looking for a new radiator for your Z you will not regret buying a Koyorad. I went with a Koyorad for my Z as it was highly recommended to me by other Z owners and racers. After unboxing the radiator I can understand why, the Koyorad radiator is flawless and performs just as good as it looks. I havehad the radiator in the car for just over a month now and it is working perfectly, temps are down on the hottest of days and even when cruising up mountains it keeps cool. I am sure that this radiator will be more than capable of handling more power.

I put the same one in my Z! I did this in tandem with watter wetter and a mishimoto thermostat, and it's never had any overheating issues at all, rock solid. It actually has a hard time keeping warm in the winter months now, it's too efficient! Great video as always man, appreciate a fellow UA-cam Z builder.
That’s awesome how cold does it get where you are in winter, temps here are usually around 20-30degrees
@@ReubsModifications I'm in Texas here in the US, so we don't see much colder than 30 degrees F or so ever, but even in this sub 55 degrees or so it runs too cold haha!

How much did you cut off of the upper radiator hose
Hey mate it was a couple months ago so I can’t quite remember but just keep taking off small cuts and refitting the hose until you’re happy with it 👍🏻
What rad shroud/fan kit is that?
Mishimoto, I had to replace mine as the stock system stopped working. Ive been told the stock system flows better.

Yeah this is the hyper V
Odd I just installed a Koyorad in my DE 350Z. The P/N is KHO21568. Looks totally different. End caps are top and bottom. Fill neck is in stock location, same for drain port and overflow nipple.
Edit: you have an RHD, duh, probably explains the difference.
I did have to modify the lower core support, remove material for the condenser slots to fit right. The quality of the construction on this Rad is phenomenal! No regrets!
