Hello Ryan. I bought a 89 DS resistor cart. I have stripped out the resistor coils and the VGlide. I do NOT want to use a pedal box. I want to use an MCOR. The MCOR is fully encased in plastic and so I think that would be more water resistant than the pedal box. The pedal box looks like something I would create on my workbench. Do you have a video that shows how to go from resistor coil to MCOR? I would really like for you to make such a video. Thank you.
I have a 1990 ds I have updated all new wire kit new 5kw motor navitas 600v. Now I can’t find a pb-8 foot pedal I see you put a MCOR on a gas to electric cart I have all the holes on my flame. I hope I can put a 1996-up club car brake pedal kit and pedal sud repair kit on my cart to bring my cart up today. I hope hear back from you or someone else that might have done this before. Would this work on a 1998 DS that has a V glide?
Ive never did one from vglide to mcor but I think you would be fine.
Yes it does work, I have a 97 that converted from V glide to MCOR 4
