I really really LOVE that someone did this. It's quite challenging but it's great finally having the sense of movement of Richter with the rpg elements as well. LOVE IT SO FAR

Haven't finished the vid yet, but I played this hack earlier today and found out that the "X-X!V''Q" name works, and is basically hardcore mode. Richter starts with only 25 HP, but still gets the lapis and 99 luck.
At one point I got stuck in the tower. I couldn't enter the teleporter, the library, return to marble gallery and the location leading to the clock tower. After restart, same thing. I played on the Duckstation emulator. I can't continue playing.
Everytime Blitz says "interesting" I heard, "Buggy". "Sonic Shoes" "just for noobies"... It is kinda of sad that the guy has plenty of knowledge about hacking stuff but his/her decision are so awful gameplay wise. And the answer from the hacker author is "do not use it" for every nerfed thing that makes no sense.

This romhack is like newly discovering SotN again. The hints in the candles really makes me want to break all of them.
I remember farming that gold skeleton in the past, and I never saw that move once.
This mod is really cool. A lot of love and heart went into it.

The whip animation looks the same as when you battle the fake/zombie version of Trevor Belmont in the Coliseum.
The chain whip actually has the sensation of heft to it b/c there is a small delay and because the follow through sound of whip is nice and heavy
