Maybe an idea for the other short type videos: explaining the exact meaning of those CI, FI points on approach, when do we have an final approach fix vs final approach point, etc in case that got not already covered in another video in detail.
That crosswind deserves extra practice. The improvement in the download is appreciated and let's hope that they have not broken anything important. Regarding the new A320, as you point out, it is free and covers the gap for Xbox. Thanks for being positive on that matter.
Again… great video ;-D. Maybe one idea for a future video. Could you explain the decision making process behind selecting Flaps 3 or Flaps Full for landing? Basically, under what conditions Flaps 3 is preferred, etc. Thank you so much for all your great videos!
Hello! First of all, congratulations on the content; I follow you from Brazil. I recently purchased the Fenix, and I’ve noticed that if there isn’t more active intervention with the speed brakes, the aircraft arrives too fast on final approach. Is there any video I can watch to improve speed control on the Fenix during the approach? Thank you!
Hi Emanuel. When i look at real-cockpit-videos they mostly use Flaps 2 shortly befor they intercept the glidepath. So it is better to decelerate. Greets
Hi Mario, that is not SOP. The FCOM is very clear about the sequence. Of course pilots can deviate from the sequence at their judgement if the situation requires so (think tailwind or when you're still rather fast), but it should not be standard to select Flaps 2 before the glide.
What does exactly means the dot line arch in ND and when that arch appears? You mentioned that is a good indication where you are going to land without speed brake but, for my incompetence, I'm a little bit confused
Hi Emanuel, I have noticed that often the ILS CRS reported on the RAD/NAV page is different from the real one reported on the ILS charts. Differs from 1°. Can you investigate on this please. Thanks

Starting my TR next year from the Boeing. This is a great tutorial to explain things.
I’m sure you’ll love the bus! It’s really much more of a pilots airplane!
@ thanks. Im going to watch your A320 tutorial video on the Fenix to get a good understanding from start to finish.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge as a professional pilot
7:39 standard approach profile.
I have just started my TR A320, your videos are a great help, I hope to see you in the sky 🙏
From an ATPL Frozen Pilot looking for a job 😂
Thank you for all your videos. Very pedagogical.

I didn’t see anything new they broke. Seems a solid update if you ask me.

Danke ! Very good (as always)
Really good stuff

Weiter so Bitte!
Vielen Dank!
can you make a video about the ndb approach or greek airports with less information about the glideslope
Hi Emanuel, thanks a lot for your wonderful videos. Please can you explain me why you entered radial in 089 (opposite of 269 is 091?)
360 degrees.. so 269 minus 180 (half circle) is 89
Hello Emanuel, when you off autopilot on landing?
What does exactly means the dot line arch in ND and when that arch appears? You mentioned that is a good indication where you are going to land without speed brake but, for my incompetence, I'm a little bit confused
Tbh ... I never had this dotted line ... dunno how he get it.
I thought you needed to be fully configured and stable on approach at 1000 ft.
Did I miss in the previous video when we usually want to engage approach mode?
You engage it when you are cleared for the approach. I hope you don’t confuse it with the approach phase
I always thought the stable gate for airbus would be 1000ft

Hi, that’ll usually be due to different magnetic variation databases. If it’s just one degree I wouldn’t worry about it.
How often do you get radar vectored by atc on approach, instead of following the star?
About 100% of times 😄
Alright thanks, good to know! 😀
Then I guess I should start hitting VATSIM more
