Where do you buy the ceremonial cacao?
Love this! However it was way too much of a dose of ceremonial cacao for one person (which is important as it may cause some side effects since ceremonial cacao is strong and may be overwhelming for some people on high doses ,hence thats why you want to stick to the ceremonial dose) and I would not add any other herbs to it as it may interfere with the cacao properties as Cacao has already everything you need in a ceremonial dose. You would want to keep it as raw as possible. You may add honey, cinnamon and other spices to your liking. Just sharing extra information as I know some people may just do it as its shown and maybe not do more research. Blessings 💖

Just how much cacao are you slugging from that fat jar you got going on in that picture anyway lady? I pumped myself full of half a cup's worth of raw organic cacao powder with some ground cinnamon and cayenne pepper in a cup or two's worth of spring water without cooking on an empty stomach after I got up this morning...waited an hour or so until I had anything eat, and now I FEEL! My heart is pounding and I want so much more! I'm thinking of doubling the dose for tomorrow morning...is this a good idea?
