How To Make Ceremonial Cacao (Step by Step with Recipe)

Ceremonial Cacao is a beautiful gift, and our goal is to share its love generously. Purchase the Cacao, follow the ceremonial recipe, and spread this heart-opening elixir with as many friends as possible.
Ceremonial Cacao Recipe
Ingredients:
42-48 grams Garden of Alchemy Ceremonial Cacao
200-250ml water, Garden of Alchemy Heart Dreams Tea, or other herbal teas (avoid boiling, or let it cool down for 20 minutes if you do)
2-3 teaspoons Coconut Sugar
1-2 Drops Essential Oil (Use oils regulated for internal use)
Spices (Cayenne, ginger, black pepper, salt, etc.)
Dried Rose Petals, Superfood, etc.
Instructions:
1. Preparation:
Collect all your ingredients.
Clear your environment, smudge, and light a candle.
Close your eyes and take deep breaths.
Allow your mind to focus on the people participating in the ceremony.
2. Cacao Preparation:
Cut the ceremonial cacao into small pieces.
Heat the water or tea. If using tea, let it steep thoroughly before use.
3. Mixing:
Blend or mix the ceremonial cacao with water/tea, adding coconut sugar.
Just before serving, incorporate superfoods, spices, and oils.
Taste the mixture at this stage.
4. Ceremony Opening:
Bless your cacao.
Begin the ceremony with a prayer.
5. Be Creative:
Feel free to be creative with the ingredients, but keep it simple.
Avoid overloading the cacao with too many different elements.
Trust your intuition when crafting the cacao, considering the purpose of the ceremony.

Check the labels if the oils are safe of internal use. Wild Orange is a beautiful oil to use.

Very helpful video. Some feedback though, please do not suggest that depression or heart medication dosage could be reduced by oneself or by listening to one’s intuition. Although I understand your idea, it would be far better to not advise on medication dosage change at all with obvious emphasis that you are not individually involved in a one to one medical practitioner to patients relationship to make such a suggestion. I just cranked a fat one lady...(all organic)raw cacao powder, fresh mint, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, honey, and coconut oil. At LEAST the size of a pool ball after it was compiled. I ate the whole thing along with two large glasses of spring water...I'm hoping to ROCKETSMITH at this point.
