Yesterday, out of no where, this idea of incorporating ceremonial cacao into my life came up. I listened to the need and want of my spirit and after receiving I just feel like it was the right step. Now stumbled upon your video. Thank you, for deeper understanding and having us with you. ♥️

so beautiful Caro! I remember watching the first video and shortly after I ordered cacao from the Lab website. Since then I was able to find some cacao ceremonies in Canada during the solstices where the teacher talked about various indigenous groups and we did yoga after. It made me think of moments from Braiding Sweetgrass too. It was an interesting combination of cultures! When you two publish your book I will be so happy to read it! Sending Love.

I’m just learning of these ceramonies, I thought metal is not to be used to chop the cacao?
