Dear Cassey, I love this 2016 ultimate abs. I don't get tired of it. I have been doing it about every other day for a few years now and it helps me maintain core strength and prevent back pain. I can see definition in my ab muscles, but most importantly, I am stronger, confident and calm after working out with you. Lots of love to you and yours.
I'm on my 4th day now and these are the things I noticed so far: •when I first started the workout, my legs were always bent (I hope this was the right word, I searched for a word on Google translator bc I'm not a native speaker) and right now, after 4 days, I can slowly straighten them! I thought I could never do that, but it really got easier doing this workout! •the first time I was doing the ballerina sit-ups, it was really easy and I thought I was doing them wrong, but right now they're really hard😅 •I feel a lot more active now! I don't know why, but I'm really motivated to lose weight and to do workouts :) •I got a bit thinner, I think. I'm not sure about this one though. •While doing this, I'm a lot more positive and I don't think that much about things that drag me down, which I usually do 24/7. Okay I think that's it. I hope I manage to continue doing this workout every day or at least every 2-3 days :)
I finished the workout for the first time without a break and almost at Cassey's speed! Biggest accomplishment!! Update: I've improved so much doing this everyday!! Still working on teasers, but my legs are straight for that! Also still working on corkscrew (almost straight legs!!!)
sharanie_s It definitely builds muscle! What will help you is a little cardio to burn the fat and then this vid or any other ab video cassey has for toning that muscle. I've seen a difference in the past few weeks :)
+Ngoc-Ha Lin I follow Cassey's calendar and on an non ab day, I try to do it! I was focused on abs in January so I did it at least 3 times a week! I would aim for 3 or more times a week. Every day if you're feeling up to it! Hope that helps :)

I commented on this video 7 months ago and it was hard to do these moves, and I kept having to pause the video. Now, I can do all of these moves much easier than when I first started out, and I feel great. I love the burn I get from doing this! Keep on going posters, it gets better! Push yourself to your limit, and go strong!

OMG I did the whole thing, and I just rested very few times!!! Wow I'm sooo proud of my self and I feel VERY happy and energized!! I put my new book that I want to read infront of me, and just pushed trough so I could read it after the workout!! So excited right now!! I'm really trying to stick to eating healthy and exercising and making it less about a "diet" and more about changing my life, but I'm pretty clueless when it comes to anything regarding all that lol. but so far my routine is: monday =30 mins of cardio and an arm workout, tuesday = an hour of fast walking, wednesday = 30 mins of cardio, an ab workout, thursday = an hour of fast walking, friday = 30 mins of cardio, a legs and butt workout, and then on saturday I'll do random things as long as im getting my body moving/sweating (i.e, going for a walk and then doing some arms and legs, or dancing for an hour, etc), and on sundays I rest. Is this a good routine and is there anything else I should be doing? I've been mainly using your videos as well as ones from fitness blender and they're killing me! hahaha
Hey! You're doing great! With that workout you'll get slimmer. If that's your goal, you got it! But if you want to be smaller with toned muscles, try and get a weight training routine about 3 times a week. (Or even a routine with 5lb Dumbbells) At first you might feel like you're getting bigger, but with the cardio added to it, weight training will tone you up without bulking you up.
+Brittani Cluett Good job, if your trying to first target body fat percentage cardio is the way to go...but don't forget to do small weight training like Rachel here also mentioned too.
I'm not sure I've ever been able to do the entire thing before, and I've definitely never been able to do the ballerina sit-ups as fast as Casey, but after doing the 30 day 100 ab challenge for 25 days now, this actually wasn't killing me the same way as normal. Guess I'm getting stronger and stronger in my abs !! ;)
I started with my beginners calendar yesterday and today was abs day, did the 2 meant to be done in the calendar and decided to go with this one... must say I could barely finish every set, it was too hard but I could do some which makes feel very proud. I used to do pop pilates in 2013/14 and I got in good shape but I stopped and lost endurance. I wish I hadn't stopped that much but I get 2016 is the year to start all over and as Cassey say My Year to grow... I hope I'll continue working out like a beast the rest of this year and the ones to come. Thanks Cassey :)

Today felt great! Totally sweating but I love it! I'm still a beginner so I didn't do everything perfect or as much as you did, but I tried and got through it!

Aliyah Thompson I'm a teenager and lost about the same amount. You have to eat cleaner, and exercise. It's important to eat clean and not overeat!! You still have to eat about 2000 calories but it should be healthier foods like salads instead of a burger. I worked out a bit almost everyday excluding weekends. Eat proteins if you're going to work out as its healthy calories and help build muscle. Also, remember that the scale doesn't indicate how your body is going to look!! Muscle weighs more than fat and such :)

Today felt great! Totally sweating but I love it! I'm still a beginner so I didn't do everything perfect or as much as you did, but I tried and got through it!
These videos have really helped me! I literally NEVER worked out before, but then my friend showed me your videos, and now I work out at least twice a week! So thank you for making these videos, they really make me feel motivated❤️

Aliyah Thompson I'm a teenager and lost about the same amount. You have to eat cleaner, and exercise. It's important to eat clean and not overeat!! You still have to eat about 2000 calories but it should be healthier foods like salads instead of a burger. I worked out a bit almost everyday excluding weekends. Eat proteins if you're going to work out as its healthy calories and help build muscle. Also, remember that the scale doesn't indicate how your body is going to look!! Muscle weighs more than fat and such :)

Thank you for this amazing ab workout. I've done this 3 or 4 times already this year, and it's really helping my New Year's resolution of exercising every day. I feel stronger, and thank you for helping us by teaching us such tough and fun moves.

I absolutely LOVE this workout. I came across it a few weeks ago and literally couldn't do anything because I wasn't as flexible, but as I kept trying, I was finally able to get through this workout today perfectly! THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO, I FEEL GREAT
Loved today's workout! 40 minutes-- not too long so that it gets unbearable and boring but still challenging and I was dripping sweat!!
First set of ballerina sit-ups - "okay, not too bad, I can do this"
After the corkscrews - "... what just happened..."
Still loved the workout though!

After I did this I was sore for 2 days - loved this workout , I'll keep on repeating this throughout the year

Just in case you are wondering, this along with the Perfect 10 Abs are the best, easiest and very effective workouts and YES, THIS WORKS. I have been doing them and I've got abs now.
