To my understanding, the reason the levels of followers get desynced is because of inspiration. When a character gets inspired, only they earn xp. All other sources of xp are shared between all allies.

Zevlor and most of the tieflings try to defend the gate. Kagha and all the druids make a final stand at their ritual site.

Just a tip: when you go to push someone, hover over them before actually clicking and check their trajectory line. If its red then it means something is blocking them and even if you succeed in pushing them they won't move, either the whole way or at all like what happened at 7:25

There is a bard hat if you go right on the way to the harpies where the normal alfira encounter is on a good playthrough in a chest near a pillar.
Minthara can be a bit.. conflicted, but who wouldn't when they have the voice of a God in their head all of the time. I'm excited for you to see the rest of her story it definitely surprised me.
Another option for improving concentrations is by taking Resilient: Constitution which gives the character proficiency in Con saves, which concentration saves are, as well as all other saves like poison or most things that would make you fall prone. On average Advantage is better until your proficiency bonus is higher, but there are other items that can give advantage. Or you can always have both.
Even roleplaying the most brutal of characters, it is hard to bring myself to say the betrayal line about the tiefling leader not having to hear the children's screams. Zevlor's response is just so depressing as he realizes that he has personally let them all down by trusting you.
I appreciate that Astarion was covered in blood for the party scene.
You should really double back and grab the longstrider spell on Dungan. It gives extra movement to your whole party and its a ritual spell. Considering how many melee fighters you have, it'll be helpful

Me too. I did a morally gray play through this time to romance Astarion and even that had me hurting lmao. I’m going to try durge and see how long it takes me to back out
unfortunately you cant recruit minthara before moonrise. I found out the hard way that she also wont travel back with you to Act 1 so make sure you tidy up loose ends Pally.
The harpies killed the child the corpse was in their nest, also what kind of Anakin is this

The real loss is not looting the secret chest from the harpies. :)
So, this definitely is the "bad" playthrough... still looking forward to the golden die
pally PLEASE click the passives tab at the bottom center of the screen and switch to non-lethal (knockout) for people when appropriate, im not sure you know that button is there, but boy does it change the game.

I never saw this because I can't be evil lol. I only got Minthara in my party because of the somewhat recent patch to recruit her without needing to raid the grove

Running into Pally at a party while a little too drunk and then chatting by the fire for a while sounds like a pretty good time, idk why Shadowheart was being so mean about it smh
I think they patched the disguise self to make yourself smaller and fit through tight spaces. So no Fane helm trickery for this.
Aaron the Vendor one shot Alfira the bard in a new mp playthrough. He got really upset and ran all the over to her for some reason.
I wish I did durge first before I became attached to all the companions and NPCs. Idk if I can do it lmao. I have to remind myself the wolves are fake over and over. My heart hurts when I kill mamma owlbear 😂

ive raided the grove many times but ive never seen oil barrels in the field like that and ive never seen that cutscene where the tief fires and arrow at you
ive also never killed zevlor prematurely, so im wondering if that's why
