I'll be honest I was worried how these photos would turn out! 😃😅
The only reason I ordered one was for the simulations, JPEG and no editing. Hope to get it one day before I pass
canon corner wobbling is crazy
Really? Is it that noticeable?
@@AnthonyGugliotta Honestly I cannot unsee it now. Its very very noticeable.
I never see it, also a canon shooter.
@@JGazze you don’t see it on this video? Because that’s his point.
@@nickbouwman6560 time stamp me where it's most visible... are we talking a little bit of isolated camera shake in a corner or what?
Hot take, JPEG is more than fine... usually. You can also edit JPEGs pretty well
I agree. I don’t understand the jpeg hate. Composition matters most in a photo imo.
Its just hyper maximalists who fixate on specifications instead of how something looks. Pixel peepers and whatnot.
@@TheChazio I have people complain about wide angle distortion in my 15mm photos all the time... like... I LIKE IT. :p sorrrrry not sorry
@@JGazze exactly... And what happened to photography being an art instead of a science? Sad to see the direction the industry is headed.
@@TheChazio depends who you ask, I always considered it a tool in art more than some super hardcore thing. But then again I grew up in the arts / photoshop lol... just wait till AI becomes super mainstream... people will have to let go a bit or fall behind :P
Fine + Jpeg in Fuji, you get both RAW and ur JPEG with ur film simulation per shot. Beauty of RAW with Fuji as well is that you can add any Film simulation to it after the fact with editing the picture (IN CAMERA). JPEGs are almost always enough for me as a noob but I love having a RAW file of every JPEG I hate as well.
I use lossless compression so it doesnt take TOO much space and its more than fine this way!
what recipe did u use?
Cool video! Since I'm doing my UA-cam now I have a question: is it real you have to get people's permission to post photo on UA-cam?? I mean it's not an ad so you can do whatever you want. You can even put them on Shutterstock for editorial use and make money. Same with news - they don't ask everyone's permission.. Am I wrong? Thank you!
Depends on the local laws but generally if you’re in public then you forfeit the right to privacy as it is not reasonable to maintain privacy in a public setting. Not a lawyer but that’s what I’ve understood.
@@Chaals Thats what I thought. Otherwise all that street photography wouldn't make any sense since you can't do anything with it, and all other examples of youtube, tv shows etc
When you and Stefano collided cameras lol
oops!
I love this-just three photography dudes being photography dudes.
Another great video! I always find it interesting when people say we see in 24mm-35mm - I most definitely see in 50mm or something around there. The only time I've looked through a VF and seene xactly what I see is when in use my AE1P and the 50mm 1.4 SSC. a side note, and its no hate whatsover towards yourself but I love Canon but that IBIS jello effect is so bad : (
Always shoot raw on all my cameras, can't think of a reason to ever shoot jpeg, unless you like ugly/weird looking images.
I'm gonna argue and say 40mm equiv is the perfect focal length, and I think in the coming years...40mm is gonna get WAY more popular.
Human eyes focal length may be 24mm but Human Angle of Vision is roughly 40-50mm. hence, when you look into a 50mm FF VF it looks almost 1:1 with what you are seeing in real life.
Hey Anthony, I'm a subscriber of your channel as well as a 13year old school student who needs a camera to get into the school's media unit, do you think you can help me Anthony?😥
Felt weirdly sick in this video, check it again the corner is shaking zooming in and out. Very weird
I remember when I was in Toronto, a security guard wanted to stop me from taking photos of Commerce Court West (the big silver box). I was on a public street though and he had to acknowledge that he has no right to stop me. In some cities like Los Angeles most the sidewalk actually is private property, but usually a few feet closest to the street are public. Usually those security guards do not know the laws. So inventing a law very often works.
Fun wholesome content
My favourite kind :)
Actually our eyes see 50mm equivalent focal length and 180 degree peripheral vision (just a fact)😗
Real
A common misconception. The fovea of the eye is actually closer to 85mm.
@@agylub and where did you get that?
@@Freedom015 studied anatomy at University
@@agylubthen you might know that Fov and focal length measurements are not same
This guy is a big silly billy
I wonder if there’s anyone out there that has a massive over the top monster rig for this camera lul

X100 VI 👍
Early!
I see that Shimoda Urban Explore for the win!..haha got mine last month from the previous Kickstarter campaign and loving it!..
It's been my go-to urban bag! Glad you enjoy it :)
@@AnthonyGugliotta appreciate the content you guys are awesome!..still waiting on my X100..guess like the majority of everyone else..heres hoping to an April shipment..haha
r5c has a built in fan...
But we need an APSC with a fan
I never watched a video and got so annoyed. Half way through the video and you have not said anything informative. what a waste of time..
Looks like you missed the point of this video.
One of the first 20 people to watch this video!
this is poor cheap content... didn't expect this from you.
I'm not sure what you mean? What exactly do you not like?
For that usage, iPhone is the best. Always in your pocket, image just as good. If you are to spend money on a camera you want one that is worth the difference with multiple lens etc. But if the camera is to be so limited just use a good phone. Point and shoot cameras are a relic of the past.
That's a good point. Next week I'm going to share more on this! The camera does produce higher quality images than an iPhone, but some people may not like the limiting factor of a fixed lens.
Sorry, but the iPhone images are not nearly in the same league as this camera. Unless you only watch on a 5” screen.
@@alexjowx The point is rather that if you want or need better image quality, you want an interchangeable lens camera of higher quality and flexibility. The point and shoot is not the solution to that problem. You are better off investing in a versatile system than this limiting intermediary solution that can only disappoint on the long run.
@@MrMartin246that's a very narrow minded point of view. what about the people who want a point and shoot mirror less for high quality photos and prefer simplicity? not everyone needs an a7rV and a collection of every Sony g master lens
@@MrMartin246 there are some VERY high quality point and shoot cameras / fixed lens cameras. Whether or not the lens is fixed to it has little to nothing to do with image quality. It’s more about the glass within. And if you’re comfortable shooting at that focal length, why not get a compact option for it? The X100vi images are beautiful, and so are the images from other Fuji cameras, including some interchangeable lens cameras, that use the same sensor.
