I usually only have 2 meals anyway though, but that became my lifestyle when I was working. I had early starts so I wouldn’t have breakfast, lunch was at 10am and then I’d have dinner at about 4.30pm after I got home. Even though I’m not in that type of work anymore I still do a brunch meal at around 10.30am and dinner at about 5pm and that’s all I need

I’ve lost 6lb overnight (weighed one day then weighed the next day) because I’d had a bunch of carbs and sodium one day and my body held water for a couple of days and then it disappeared once my body processed it. With the kind of stuff Amber eats her just going low on sodium and carbs for a couple of days would drop her number on the scale real quick
im not here to defend ALR, but it really isnt normal when it comes to the typical american diet. we're taught at a very young age to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and maybe dessert, with snacks in between. we were taught to always be eating, which is why going from the standard american diet to intermittent fasting/OMAD is really difficult. everytime i told people i was doing OMAD, they would freak out and think i was starving myself or that it wasnt healthy.

it's more than not healthy for her body, it's not healthy for her mind.. folks should know how to cook for themselves from scratch by the time they are 20.. it doesn't matter how much money you earn or what gender you are, knowing how to cook for yourself is a life skill and will save you tons of money, to do other things with.
