I would (and have) easily eat(en) a piece of salmon or any fish/seafood larger than hers, with a side of vegetables, but no starches; that’d be my largest meal of the day, and I eat 2 meals a day and rarely snack. I would (and have) easily eat(en) a piece of salmon or any fish/seafood larger than hers, with a side of vegetables, but no starches; that’d be my largest meal of the day, and I eat 2 meals a day and rarely snack. Never had a weight issue.
