KTM 390 Adventure Trade In Time - owners thoughts

This was a longer video with actual riding footage but unfortunately my mic system isn't quite adapted for high speed riding yet so had to cut the clip short. My musings on owning a KTM 390 Adventure, and pre-amble for the bike I've upgraded for, which will come up in my next video.

Did you find the vibrations to be bad? I find the vibes in mine to be very bad and I'm thinking of trading it in for a twin cylinder bike.

I didn't actually. The main thing with vibrations for me is if you get that dead hand tingle after a couple of hours, and over the year I think I only had one or two rides where I felt a little. I'd say if you lug the engine at all i.e. ride under 4k revs or above 6.5k for any period of time it's much worse. You need to be riding it in a fairly spirited way most of the time in my opinion, it doesn't like a chill ride, like a CRF or Himalayan might.

I have a twin now, and I don't think it's night and day difference, but you do find it's happier lower in the rev range for sure.
