Nice video, greetings from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria :)
There are so many professionals that can lwork any where they want. Tenerife is a right spot
Great video
Thanks!
You answered a very important question. Now, I will consider purchasing property near La Laguna..North. Thank you.
Glad to help
Why there?
Thanks
Did you get the picture frame on your wall from Lidl? I live in Bulgaria and I have the same one :)
Oh, interesting! I didn't buy it myself, so it could be :)
What are the monthly rent prices in South compared to north, how abou the apartment prices if I want to buy one?
it depends where you want to buy, i bought a flat of 110m2 for 180k euros ten years ago.
Thank you for this video. Do you know any good spots to work with a laptop? I want to work as a digital nomad (workation) there?
Hi, depends on where you are on the island. If you're in north and in one of the big cities you can easily find plenty of cafes that are open until late hours, have air con, and WiFi. In the south if you're not in a resort town it might be tricky to find a quite place with ac that also has internet. So really depends on where you are, Tenerife is a HUGE island, takes you hours to drive from a city to another
Hello,I’m planning move to Tenerife next month and I would love to ask you if you can me some advice.Thank you.

@@canguerses Hi,yes.I would like to ask you about renting places and are there options for jobs in hospitality area, like restaurants, hotels etc.Much appreciate your content and honesty.Thank you.
@@flysky6248 yes, there are so many jobs in hospitality, I'd recommend you to check out some of the big resort towns. It's a big island, a million people live there (excluding tourists), of course there's rental properties

Have you noticed an increase of migrants in the Canary Islands?
I looove Tenerife but Im scared of El Teide's eruption because its been more than 100 years of pause...
there were no human casualties in the 1909 eruption.
@@jctbay good to know. My rental house was on the highest peak near to volcano, it was very cold, but the view was like El Teide was in our yard. It was a little creepy to sleep.
As a person that lives here, in Tenerife, I want to say that locals are suffering the mass arrival of people that comes to the island. Such a demand is making rents unaffordable, and the public services are collapsed. We have thousands of cars and so unbearable traffic just because the Gouverment does not regulate anything.
If any person wants to come to live here I'd say please don't. This is not a paradyse anymore, it's becoming a Big city, this is loosing its atractive and there are more and more inequalities and poverty.
