    this is perfect for working out in my college dorm!! i found your channel almost a year ago and started pilates! sadly i stopped but i’m happy to pick it up again & start my exercise routine :) really calming music as well keep it up girly

    This was challenging but also gentle enough to do when recovering from a cold! Maybe need a bit longer for each exercise when back to full health though... anything to make the inner thighs less tight please??
