But try to not eat processed food or junk food, candy or chips etc. drink water and get a lot of sleep. Do Pilates too, it help to build strength muscles, if u want to have more showing muscles u need to start lifting. I hope it helped

When you are a new to do work out is it normal to feel like your stomach kinda hurting or you feel dizzy and feel like you will vomite? 'Cause I do on my first day, the second day... Just a little but the third day.. Not anymore (maybe if I overdo it, yes), or maybe I'm just an unhealthy person?

Very good video. Just started to exercise at home again after slacking off for months. 10 min videos are just what I need. Also cardio isn't my thing. Pilates is the way to stave off that pesky stomach fat.
This is beautiful, however as a Pilates teacher I know that anyone who does not know the foundations AND principals is risking injury doing this level. People, this is at the very least intermediate to advanced. Unless you’ve been practicing Pilates for at least a year don’t even bother! Again this is beautiful....but most people will not feel positive after trying this xx

I used to teach Yoga but love Pilates better. This was a great video. People have to take responsibility for where they are in fitness before joining any online exercise video. Thanks!
