- Hey guys! Today I'm sharing my easy 16 minute fat-burning HIIT workout (for weight-loss) with you! This is an easy, no-equipment, beginner-friendly workout that you can do at home :)

I did only jumping jacks 4 times a week with one rest day between each time ,i did this during 5 months ,my waist was 87cm and now is 72cm

I'm used to them. In my former middle school we had to do 25 mountain climbers for PE which was for 2 years.
I just did this workout but i decided to do the steps and jumping jacks! so i doubled the workout to about 30 minutes and i feel wonderful!! it definitely made me sweat 😩

Reshma Banu for 30 seconds on, 90 seconds off, it takes about 33 minutes when you double it :) it sounds like a long time, but it goes by pretty fast when you actually do it!! before i start for round 2 i take a couple minute break

Steinfeld's hopeless fountain kingdom yes!!! i only did this 4 times in one week and i already noticed that my collar bones were more noticeable. my scale broke prior to this (so i couldn’t weigh myself) but i could tell my stomach looked slightly flatter as well. i hope this helped you!

Guys I tried this and it works no cap... it's so easy and the results are amazing..I worked out 4 times a week for 2 weeks and I ate whatever I wanted but I ate within 1700 cals and I lost 1.4 kgs in 2 weeks which is great... I'll update u guys every week 👍 also I only did jumping jacks and high knees

So I'm going to do this for a month untill 10.06.2020 and see how much I can lose. Side info, I jog for 30 mins a day so just by doing that I'm losing around 2 kg a month, I'll continue that so I'll have to see if I lose more than 2 kg

90 sec rest
Repeat 8x =16 minutes
You can substitute in different variations instead of the sprint such as high knees, steps, jumping jacks, mountain climbers or a mix of them all
I just did this for the first time and absolutely loved it! I've been doing a lot of yoga and walking lately, but have been looking for something else that I can add 2-3 times per week that kicks my butt a little bit. This defintiely did the job! thank you! :)

This video is WAAAY better than others. Like you said that you should do it two times a week and other people are like: do this 30 min intense workout without breaks and every day! And then you're just scared and never do it. I'm actually thinking of doing this thank you!!💕💕
I’m recovering from two separate surgeries I had in April and getting back into the swing of things with working out. I saw this workout last night and thought it would be an easy intro back into it - HOLY MOLY was that a workout! I did your favorite combo and went 60 sec in between and am profusely sweating! Absolutely loved it and it’s so much more attainable for me personally with where I am physically and mentally in getting myself back on the horse! This has to be the best exercise tips video. You go straight to the point giving alternatives. I need more cardio asap but I hate variations too much. Good to know I can work this out with jumping jacks or knee highs. My rope will be here soon as well so I'll be doing some of that. :D Your body rocks! I've decided on doing this twice a day for a month, while eating healthier and drinking more water. I'm going to weigh myself at the beginning, but not look at it, I'll have my mom look and write it down. Then at the end of the month I'll weigh myself again and see the difference

I think this is the first video where someone shows simple ways to do a hiit. Generally I get scared because they seem so difficult, but these hiit you shared with us look affordable even for someone who’s not fit 100%

I love this workout! I can do it at over 8000 ft and I’m 43. I feel like I’m cheating because I rest 3 times as long as I workout, but it’s amazing because I get just about to my limit at 30 seconds doing high intensity, then I need exactly those 90 seconds to recover. I don’t have a step nearby, so I do this on a one inch thick mat: warmup with 45 sec normal speed jumping jacks, rest 1m15s. *30s fast high knees, 90s rest. 30s jump squats as many as I can, 90s rest. 30s fast jumping jacks, 90s rest. 30s plank mtn climbers, 90s rest. Repeat from * once. Stretch. I love doing it to 150 bpm music, and it gets my heart rate up to 150 too! Thanks so much for sharing. Lost 4 lbs so far, 8 more to go.

@@kaylynthorn7782 well it took me about 4-5 months and that is alot but i did miss some stuff out because i didn't have much time because my family and me go travelling alot so i had to do it in the hotel room and i couldnt really run in a hotel room so i had to do the odd little bits

I just did the “mix it up” version after fifteen minutes of warm up jogging, and my legs are sooo tired 😭🔫 I’m happy I did it though, and I’m gonna try work out three times each week (as a start) and see where it goes from there. Wish me luck 😅

I saw your video on quick and healthy lunch box ideas and just loved it and I make the sandwich and wrap for my husband to take it to the office and he likes it too. And also I just saw your video on HIIT Training for weight loss and I'm so gonna follow it coz it's doable and less time taking. And since I'm considering on changing my food habits now I've started to have a little problem changing my habit of having something sweet After any meal that I take everyday whether be it breakfast lunch or dinner. And i know it's not healthy but i just couldn't stop thinking about the chocolates or sweets i used to have and i was wondering if you can do a video on some easy and healthier versions of desserts and sweets that I can prepare and keep it in the fridge for some days? Guys I am amazed by the results
I started my weight loss jurney on Monday, today’s Sunday so a week has gone. I did these exercises everyday except on Thursday because I was with my friends and I was very sore from the day before. I ate very healthy avoiding pasta, rice, and eating a little bread now and then (I did eat pizza on Friday).
Also I drank A LOT of flavored water: I squeezed in lemons, grapefruit or ginger and I drank about a litre and a half everyday including during the workout. That helped me a lot flushing all the toxins out and boosting my metabolism. My belly is visibly flatter, my thighs are very very thinner and my arms too. My skin has never been this clean and I am so thanful for this!!!

This is what we do in track for warm up.
We jog (we’re not allowed to walk)
once the coaches says “speed up”
We start sprinting as fast as we can.
We also do this after track practice.
