I eat every low GI food. I reduced 19kg in 3 months. 5 piller of my life:- 1st- 80% Nutrition 2nd- 20% workout ( cardio workout, yoga, outdoor games, zumba, and some phylical activities ). 3rd- water (eg :- 20kg= 1 ltre) 4th-sleep 6 to 8 hrs (continues sleep). 5th- 100% mindset ( yeh mind set rakhna h ki mujhe daily time to time follow karna h.)
