    Best natural drink is desi cow milk, buttermilk, nibmu sarbat with added honey not sugar, fresh sugarcane juice added ginger for who want losing fat, fresh fruits juice season wise, green tea, luke water with added rock salt (not use normal salt), bel ke fal ka sarbat too much natural options and one more best coconut water, jo asani se mil jaye lete rho healthy rho it's all far better not just in nutrition but also in flavour. 🙏🙏🙏

    I eat every low GI food.
    I reduced 19kg in 3 months.
    5 piller of my life:-
    1st- 80% Nutrition
    2nd- 20% workout ( cardio workout, yoga, outdoor games, zumba, and some phylical activities
    ).
    3rd- water (eg :- 20kg= 1 ltre)
    4th-sleep 6 to 8 hrs (continues sleep).
    5th- 100% mindset ( yeh mind set rakhna h ki mujhe daily time to time follow karna h.)

    My fat loss routine.... Correct me if I'm somewhere wrong.
    Morning :- Green tea with a one spoon of honey then 3 eggs and 50grm Chana.
    Lunch:-100 gem rice with lemon and 30 grm Chana.
    After workout. Mix of dry fruits with one banana and one cup of milk.
    Dinner:- 100 grm Chana with dahi..

    Please also make vedio of exercises by which the stored fats under chin( double chin) , fat near axilla, side chest, back of the neck, buttocks, thigh muscles, love handles, abdomen, etc. These areas to be concentrated. Which would be really helpful...

      we do abs excercise to just tap the muscle but you can't spot reduce fat just by doing abs excercise you can't reduce your belly fat you have to lose your overall body fat bro
