- WELL I'M BACK Lake District FISHING and this time we are back on Lake Windermere. Windermere is one of my favourite lakes in the Lake District for Perch Fishing especially micro jigging.
On the right day, there are Perch in abundance and micro jigging is the best method for catching these hard fighting wild fish.
Micro jigging for Perch can be tough going early in the season, but we had a blast on the day with plenty of fish and plenty of action.

Now then buddy. Another great fishing video and in beautiful surroundings yet again. Im here at home decorating … keepin her indoors happy and just taking a break from it to watch your video. Can’t get over how that perch just launched itself out of your landing net And then when that twig monster came up from the depths I was in bits 🤣🤣🤣…. We’ve all done it and Top man for leaving and not editing that bit out !!! Perch fishing is what I love and can’t wait for the rivers to open !!

The whole lake is pretty accessible pal! 🙏 hit up Google maps and have a look for headlands and jetties !

Hi Mate thanks for watching don’t like to mention locations in the comments I’m afraid! However, this time of year the perch are EVERYWHERE! Get in the bays get off the headlands and fish near the inlets and you’ll find them 👌
