We were just in Orlando this past weekend taking our daughter to Disney and stayed at the Wave Hotel in Lake Nona for the second time! I am in love with that area and we finally concluded that we are ready to move back to Florida. We aren't in the position to afford Lake Nona so I am so happy you showed some other areas surrounding Lake Nona and around Orlando in this video! I feel a step closer to living in Orlando when watching your videos!

@@mastergundam123 Yes the hotel is amazing! The rooms are beautiful and the grounds are even better. Walking up to Boxie is always a fun time too with the live music, good food and margaritas! Lol

Coming from NYC living in the Bronx and hardly ever seeing beautiful homes. Living in Orlando and working for Orlando lynx bus.. it’s insane all the beautiful homes I’ve seen. Especially all around winter park.

Ken, I’m very glad I just found your channel. I grew up in Orlando(Longwood) where I went to Wekiva Elementary, Teague Middle, & Lake Brantley High. Then I went to UCF, graduated in 04 and worked for the Orlando Magic from 2004-2014. I bought a home in Longwood(Wekiva springs/hunt club) in 2005, which I lived in for 5 great years and then turned it into a rental. I moved downtown for work and chose one of the 2 bedroom penthouse condos in the Solaire from 2010-2013. It faced east so it was wide open and you could see the airport. It was awesome to never have to drive. Most of my best memories bring me back to Orlando, and some of the areas you showed in your video bring back memories.
I moved to Jacksonville and started this company in 2017. I miss Orlando a lot but am glad I made a change. I will probably move back there when my son leaves home, he’s 3 so we got some time haha.

    Love your videos Ken!
You jumped from $200k to $475k. Is there anything in the $300-475k market?

The last house in Keene’s pointe is amazing. Love all the upgrades, including the accent wall.

I forgot to mention, I helped sell out the premium seats in the amway center when we began to sell them in 2008. I went to many influential people’s awesome homes in Windermere, winter park, & downtown. It was very cool, especially the ones I went to in Isleworth.

The accent walls are great visual enhancements/upgrades to any residence. If you are on a budget, paint is usually the way to go. If you don’t care about a budget or if you’re handy, wood (+ paint) all the way.

Is that $622 condo fee normal? Seems excessive for what little you get

Depends on the area. You’ll see $200-1000/month depending on the area and amenities

Can you do a video on the master planned communities in polk county like Eden Hills? Like an "super affordable homes" edition (when compared to st cloud, clermont, etc)?
