The homes are very nice, the country club clubhouse is a little underwhelming for the price. It seems as though they are transacting on the fact that Shaq and Tiger lived there. But neither have homes there anymore.
I love them both, but if the first one wasn’t one the lake, I would def choose that one! I just don’t like living on the lake due to alligators, you have to always be looking in the pool and worry about your dogs in the backyard vs the other one, I wouldn’t really need to worry. Even putting up a fence I. The back to block them from coming, they can still climb.
Thanks Ken--another great & informative video--appreciate you! For those of us that don't have an extra $200k lying around (and/or don't have the patience for a 4-year waitlist), could you pls consider reviewing another (not Lake Nona--not interested) country club community that might have smaller homes (say in the 5-7k SF range) rather than these sterile monstrosities? Thanks again.
@@kenpozek, thanks for asking, but I don't. Assuming Isleworth is the #1 CC (or among the top 5) in the Orlando metro, perhaps you could consider reviewing the remaining top 5 (especially if they don't have a $200k initiation fee and more importantly 4-year waiting period)? I think that would be very interesting content for many of us--thanks!
I'm still trying to figure out the 200K membership value. I would think of one had a multi million dollar estate that you wouldnt even want to use the community pool because you have all that at your home.
The mosquitos must be murder at that house. I lived in a place like this in Debary on the St John's River and at dusk and dawn there would be millions of them.
A life of abundance …. Even if I could afford something like this, I’m not sure I’d want to? Seems stressful to maintain (even to pay to maintain), and I’d just pile up stuff that I’d never use.
Lovely homes but I don't see the Mediterranean influence in either house. The vibe is more Caribbean to me....especially the front elevation and the use of dark wood on the interior.
This area is weak compared to the Maitland chain of lakes in the Winter Park and Maitland area. Especially since the Seagulls are building that house over there.
Most of the houses are strictly a Mediterrenean style which has gotten old quickly,it's Florida I would start tearing down houses and rebuild them with a modern design or a boathouse design with all the lakes in the area, the Medi design is boring and stuffy, the spiral staircases and chandeliers,UGHH!!Just being honest, great area but the whole mini castle look is not great!!
200K entry fee to the club!!! Can only imagine what the yearly fee is like after that. The HOA fee separate from that as well? Imagine the taxes and insurance on the homes. For all that I’m gonna need 10 shower heads minimum!! Sorry….😂😂
Seriously, how can you call any place in Orlando exclusive? That's a swamp/dump. Hot, humid, mosquitoes, and flat. And since when being a neighbor of Tiger Woods or Shaquille O'Neil, some type of status or glamour? You are really thousands of miles from Pebble Beach sir....
What does Pebble Beach have to do with anything it's on the other side of the United States but I would rather live in a swamp any day over the politics in California but have you even been to these Lakes? Beautiful clear water and you can ski every day of the year I'm from this area and I'm not a fan of this neighborhood at all for some reasons when they built it but it's a beautiful neighborhood and they were only name dropping because it's interesting tiger and Shaq don't even live there anymore
@magiccheeseball Politics? My comment was about some dude trying to sell a swamp and ugly area as "glamorous." Because of some D-list celebrities who lived there, it made even worse....Florida has some great places, but not Orlando.
@@TEAM6USA I know your comment had nothing to do with politics I was just saying it's one reason I wouldn't live in California Pebble Beach is beautiful but the politics in California cause high prices and high crime and not business friendly so no thanks. It's why many people moved out of California including friends of mine to Florida and South Carolina but to each his own people live everywhere for whatever reason he's just showing some nice houses in that area there's tons of them look up Windermere Florida also if you watch this channel you'll see a lot of other nice areas around Orlando
Thinking of selling or buying a home in Orlando? We’d love to help! Https://theorlandoreal.com/youtube
Absolutely amazing, great tour. Reminds me of that old show “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous”
My exact idea when putting it together :)
Thanks for watching!
I love both homes but I like the 1st one better. They’re absolutely beautiful & I’ve always loved Isleworth.
Ken is definitely moving on up in the world, good for him- these are just fantasy homes for the majority of us
Fun to see even if they’re out of reach for 99% of the audience :) my team still helps people buy/sell between 200k and $15M 💪🏽
@@kenpozek yeah in know - Gio sold me my home, all good
You should make a video about the Bay Hill Club!
Best clubs of orlando! That’d be a great video
“Primary” is so woke lol.
That’s a master! Beautiful neighborhood! Thanks for the tour!
Exactly

Beautiful homes! Great video 🙌. My preference would be home #1.
King of Content! Love this... great insight and information.
The lake front is stunning, but the golf course house is the smart buy. I can dream right?
Great 20 minute vid 🔥
Note to self: Play powerball today 😂
Thank you for the reminder😂!
Don’t forget to call me when you win 🏆
Skyjuice70 note to self buy power ball and mega millions 😂😅.
The lottery is a voluntary tax on the poor.

Which of these will future UA-cam live be podcasted from?
Haha! Man I wish the first one for sure.
Nice Ken
I’m not seeing 200k worth of value at that CC, but hey, to each their own.
Thanks for the video.

Any particular clubs in mind?
Keene’s

First house on lake is my favorite.
Same 🔥

Joe Lewis watch that name in the future/ BTW why did Joe sell his home in Isleworth Mansion?

for all that money that country club is weak
Ridiculously gorgeous. ❤❤❤
I love your videos. Can you show any manisons in reunion or windermere
These homes were in Windermere! Big reunion video coming up soon though
For 200k the weight room is small and very weak.
Nice wrinkles in the living room area rug at the 7:20 mark.
An almost 20 min video, but you noticed the half second where they show the creased rug..😂😅
How fun! Totally swanky...
I'd go w/Paula Creamer's former home.

A lot of them are being torn down and rebuilt! The first one we showed was very Mediterranean originally

Includes golf as well. Still steep for what you get.
That fee was for people who didn't live in isleworth
Also fantastic lake living
In the UK Isleworth is pronounced Isellworth.

Beautiful updated homes BUT the community stuck on the 80's. :/
