    You'll smash it Sam I've know doubt,I tried that pack on for size on Saturday and that hip belt is like you said hugs you tightly be good to see how it performs over a distance 💪💪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

      Yeah it feels strangeeeee initially but quite nice with the weight in! I remember doing the pennine way as a young buck and the bag did not fit atall, felt insanely heavy! Sure my dad was carrying all the heavy stuff too 😂🤟

    The waist belt is extremely important, I found out just HOW important when I did Offa's Dyke. A loose one was crippling me, to the point of wondering if I could continue. A kind landlady shortened it with several deft stitches. After that, there was no stopping me!

      Yeah agreed mate, specially over that sort of distance makes sooooo much difference! Offas dyke looks epic

    Hi Sam, Ive got a 48l Osprey bag which weighs with my gear and water 38lbs. The reason is I’m training for my first Fan Dance 2nd July . I’m new to weighted walking but not to overall fitness . Would you suggest I used poles ?
