Man, black waxed canvas is slick and I'm glad you've got a purpose for this bag but, after watching this, I gotta say I am really happy I cancelled my pre-order of this one a few months ago before they shipped. Found it early on in my hunt for a new daily driver this year and didn't know what I didn't know at the time with regard to bag design and what I wanted. Several purchases later and before TAD shipped the Axiom S2, I realized this one would be underwhelming and borderline maddening for me. I cringed pretty hard watching you fight those zippers lol.
RIP TAD. Everyone is saying this is an opportunity, but they're done. When a company gets bought out like that, they get milked, quality pluments (and it was already bad), they exploit the existing fan base as much as possible, and they bail.
I actually JUST sold that not too long ago. I struggled mightily because I really did enjoy the WX version. It just didn't get used compared to some of the others so I had to let it go.
@@JBOutside1 Understandable, that seems to have been the fate of the bag since I've seen a few videos of it. It looks like a solid bag in majority of areas but it seems like it doesn't have that 'staying power'. Thanks for the quick reply, I really appreciate it!
the vx adds character which i like. like modern or furturistic or something. weird they released this so long ago, and even in 2023 it looks more modern than 2023.

My 16” dell work laptop baaaaaaarely fits. The MacBook 16” is a little smaller than my dell so should fit a little better.

TAD comes so close but always disappoints me
Great review, I have the previous version and have found the axioms too small. TAD needs the axiom in a 27 litre version.

The Mystery Ranch Unicorns are worst when it comes to sizing. Those are small as hell compared to the volume that they state.
I can't remember if you sold the bag or not. If you haven't, what's your thoughts on it after almost six months?

Secondary market only now. Best bet is Facebook groups such as "TAD Junkies". Otherwise, I don't have any plans to sell mine at the moment
