Ingredients:
Mixture 1
1kg Green Mangos
3 tbsp. Garlic
3 tbsp. Mustard Powder
1 tbsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Red crushed chilli powder (flaky/course)
1 tbsp. Paprika
2 tbsp. Methi masala (can be purchased from an Indian spice shop)
3/4 cup. White vinegar
3/4 cup. Tamarind paste
Handful. Green curry leaves
Mixture 2
3/4 cup Oil
1tbsp. Black Mustard Seeds
Handful Curry leaves
