इस वीडियो में मैंने सही तरीके आम का अचार बनाने का तरीका बताया है, जैसे मम्मी, दादी या नानी बनती है मैंने वो सारे टिप्स शेयर किये है जिस से पहली बार में आप पर्फेक्ट आम का अचार घर पर बना सकते है वो भी बहुत आसान तरीके से :)
Ingredients :
Raw Mango - 2 kgs
Turmeric powder- 2 Tbsp
Red chilli powder - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste or 5 tbsp
Mustard seed - 100 grams
Rai - 25 grams
Fennel seeds - 30 gms
Cumin seed -100 gms
Carom seeds - 2 tbsp
Nigella seeds - 1 tbsp
Mustard oil - 2.5 cups
Asafoetida (hing)- 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 2 tbsp
Dry red chillies - 15 to 18
