Thank you so much mam . I made this pickle. It's come out great. I never knew mango pickle can be so easy. Only problem is here in my place we don't get very hard sun, So to mango to become soft it might take ages. For that I cut mango in very very small pieces, say half a centimetre or so.I made this pickle with just two mangoes.thanks again.

Usually when making pickle I put salt on the mangoes and then after 24 hours it releases water which is drained and then the spices are added. Does your pickle not release any excess water as all your spices are added to the cut mangoes?
Generally is southern style , we will let water that leave mangos pieces mixed and dissolved in as the preparation gets pickled by the time

Sahi kaha sheilaji my mom also made the same way u say...first she dried the mango in sun there was no moisture left n next day she put spices n oil in it ...
