I just can’t imagine how much rick tortured the people who were reading this series as it came out. I was lucky, for lack of a better word, to read it when all the books were out. The wait between books 3 and 4 would’ve killed me. If you know you know
I had been late to start the PJO series so the fifth one was already out by the time I got to it, but I was caught up by the start of Heroes of Olympus. That wait in between Mark of Athena and House of Hades was *torture.* Even worse is that this man Rick Riordan then had the absolute AUDACITY to go "sorry about that last cliffhanger...not really HAHAHAHAHAHA" in the dedication before the start of HoH.

I don’t know why Jason gets all the hate😭. His story is actually quite sad and I could always relate to him. Not feeling like he’s living up to his full potential, being put on a pedestal, feeling like he’s letting everyone down, everyone having high expectations for him, etc...
Hahaha I noticed I gave him a lot of crap while I was editing so I’m going to tone down the joke-hate in the next one lol 🤪

I’m having a little happy freak out over you mentioning reyna. She’s my favorite character in the Riordanverse, maybe my favorite of all time. And she’s so often overshadowed by the seven and Nico in the fandom. I adore all of them of course, but reyna just takes the top spot for me

I'm reading the series for the first time. I'm currently reading book 2. Can't wait for the rest of your vlogs.
I'm glad you're splitting them up into 5 vlogs because that means I dont have to wait till I've reread the whole series before watching the vlog. When I reread the lost hero I remembered nothing but with the son of neptune I remembered a lot. I've reread the lost hero and the son of neptune, I'm currently rereading The Mark Of Athena.

The only thing I found kinda weird about this book is how Piper knew so much about Greek mythology, even some pretty small and niche stories, but somehow she couldn’t piece it together that the big scary earth lady they were fighting against is Gaia 🤣

While reading through the trials of Apollo I realized there’s soooo much stuff I forgot about, last time I read the heroes of Olympus and the Percy Jackson series in general was back in 2014 when the last book came out that was 7 years ago, I’m 21 now so damn I gotta re read everything, not complaining tho

When i picked up this book and learners percy isn't in this book...i was like WHAT!!!!!! and though i am gonna hate this book but guess what..i enjoyed this book(even tho it is the weakest book in the series)i didn't like jason but that doesn't mean i absolutely hate him..it just that idc what happens to him
