There were three times I broke down with this book: the Thirteen dying, the OG trio saying goodbye, and the last line matching with ToG. Also, seeing Aelin's recovery after being completely broken from Maeve's torture absolutely broke my heart because DON'T TOUCH MY BABY

honestly the order of the names of the thirteen broke me i was crying throughout the scene but the names honestly broke my heart

There were four times I cried in KOA. The thirteen dying, Gavriel dying, The matching line when Aelin said Tell me tomorrow. Also, Lorcan binding his life to Elide's. I nearly cried when Fenrys broke the blood oath and when he was offered the blood oath by Aelin.
I cannot believe that the series is already finished. I started it when I was 14 and ended the ToG series with 18 years. The series accompanied me during my most important development period and it will always fill up like at home, should I have a Throne of Glass book in my hand.
The characters have all changed and developed so much, it was breathtaking and had cost me a lot of energie to read the last book of this great series.
In addition, I was able to understand all of your feelings that you felt while reading this book.

Ahhh I'm so happy you made this video! And I'm glad you (mostly haha) liked the book!
What I really loved about it was that it was Yrene who defeated Erawan in the end. A woman of color, with strength that is more emotional and healing (literally and figuratively) rather than physical and violent, and also while pregnant and I thought that was soso beautiful. That just shows a different kind of strength from for example Manon or Aelin and I appreciate it so much

i loved it when nox came back! it was a great throwback to the first book
and omg elide is my favourite character hands down. she is amazing, especially when she saves lorcan from the wave

This book is amazing
I just finished reading and i feel like I am in some trance mode.😢
I literally couldn't keep down the book from chapter 71 and read it till 5 am in morning slept at six and then again started reading next day .
Some BEST MOMENTS SAD/HAPPY
-The scene when 5000 witches come to war , and its start was also great like from hearth to hearth Queen has called to march North and excellent timing also
-Aelin expending her 3 months power to save army and people ..that was brilliant..the fact that she was glowing(her body) a tower of f flame .😮😮
-No one said about little folk but it was so magical , the blue faerie lights and boat in aelin's rescue also when Lord of North came , Doom is near ..and made a swift path ..felt like whole nature was bending its laws for her ..
- All time repeating lines like
I am aelin ashryver whitehorn galathynius and i will not be afraid ..
For BETTER WORLD , A BETTER WORLD 🌎
-Dorian at being such a good politician , He literally Twisted Maeve into helping him , and then destroyed Morath , He has a major character development..also when he says there will only be one witch who will be my queen..something like that , and i was hoping that they'll marry in the last..
- I was still confused at Yrene being the one who killed Erawan..as her power was not shown in depth and that was some hole there ..
- I was really hoping to see Rowaelin do carranam in this ..but i dont know what or how Rowan, aelin , lorcan combined their powers ..was it carranam of three people..
Still confused..
-All time faavr couple Elide and Lorchan , also Lord lorchan lochan was so hilarious by the end ..
But seriously She is a character that some people might ignore , she is human , don't know how to fight , she is weak doesn't have magic but ..she has so much wisdom..
The fact that killing erawan was her idea , She knew where Aelin was...every time she is always right ..
I loved the scene when Elide and Aelin were bathing in tub , and she said it doesn't matter if you have no powers , not to me you are so much more ..❤❤❤Love her for that ..😘😘
“Kernel of popcorn 🍿😂” that comment really made me laugh. Also if I should take a shot every time sjm writed “gods” or “gods above” I would be dead by now

One thing about elena, when dorian invoked kaltain with the sword of the truth and wyrdmarks, he asked her how the life is there, shed said she could not say, it was not allowed.
He asked "Who don´t let you say, the gods are stuck here" and she said that there is things beyond the known, beyond the gods. So probably elena´s soul did not disappear, the gods
may say so, but there is a truth beyond them. That´s good.

💯The burden on lysandra was too much from starting of this book , and I thought that aedion will be there to take care of her..but he didn't support her ..
She was so tired in battles , first from that white sea dragon ,to wyverns till the ending .I was scared all the time that she will die before aelin reaches
💯Also the part where Aelin without her magic or some embers of it was standing before Maeve and Erawan and i could imagine her legs shaking but she really was so brave in dividing them.. Awesome scene 🔥🔥

I always assumed that Fae tears were silver.....I never thought that it was shining in the light
I think, KoA was my favourite book in the series after ToG, because it was the only one i haven't been spoiled about. I would love to know more about all the ships, but mostly Manon and Dorian, because the Thirteen death scene broke me, i put the book down and i said that i can't read anymore and only picked it up again like a week later, so i felt really sad about Manon and i really really want to see her heal and build a new family.
When are you going to do the Tower of Dawn book talk?
I would really love to see Lorcan and Elide again, maybe where they are a few years later ❤️

Yes, highly suggest it! You can read it at anytime but it’s best to do it before heir of fire I think ☺️

So I finally read Kingdom of Ash!! Am I the only person who thought Maeve was going to tell Aelin that Rowan had killed her family? I was panicked for a second!!
